Not good. Hostel set up was poor, very messy. The shower facilities were rubbish and the room was unbelievably basic.

Despite its high rating, my experience here was disappointing. I arrived during low season, but there was no reception and the front door was unlocked, which felt unsafe. When someone eventually appeared, they seemed surprised by my arrival. The lock on my room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed until the next day, adding to the discomfort. The property also had leaks, leaving common areas wet when it rained. The kitchen was small, poorly equipped, and not very clean. Overall, not a great stay.

There was a really good social aspect to this hostel, however it lacks more communal areas. The bathrooms and kitchen were often dirty with showers not working/toilets blocked. Also feel like it should be advertised more as a party hostel as there were djs playing almost every night making it almost impossible to sleep, especially if you’re on the bottom floor. The staff were very friendly and always helpful tho. And the cats were cute.

The kittens were lovely and the staff I interacted with seemed nice. However for the price I paid I was really disappointed. The beds were practically falling part and the bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned (other than the toilet paper bin being changed). The walls were peeling with plaster which a new coat of paint isn’t fixing and it was not a comfortable stay and my friend’s top bunk bed had no ladder either. For too overpriced for what is on offer.

The hostel was not clean; the showers had mould growing and lots of stains, also in the room itself the old AC unit was full of dust, cobwebs and had a very bad smell, as this was right by my head it made it difficult to sleep due to the horrible odour. The 2 bunk beds in the room I stayed in did not have ladders to get on the top bunk and the mattress was mouldy. But they did keep our bags for free in the storage room when we went to Iguazú which was very kind. But overall dirty and overpriced...

Dirty, poorly maintained hostel (the walls are peeling) with zero social vibe.High price, and it’s also in the least lively part of San Telmo. If you can, avoid going there!!

Still a work in progress. Staff were friendly, though we had some issues with our booking. Facilities dont exactly match description. Kitchen and stove not very set up for cooking - needs some more pots/pans. Social areas are limited but we met lovely people. Cleanliness could be improved. Will be a great hostel with some improvements

Really cool old building, great spacious double room, however tiny kitchen with only 2 hobs working, no bar area and reception (all communication is done through whatsapp) which is mentioned in the advert isn't there felt like it oversold the facilities, though currently doing renovations to extend the facilities. Sadly no atmosphere when we were there but worked for us as a base in the city, and had a great recommendation from the volunteer for seeing a tango.

Local em ótima localização, acesso facil aos pontos mais turísticos da cidade. Porem as camas já nao estao em seu melhor estado, meu colchão estava com um grande buraco no meio. E os banheiros nao sao tao limpos

Great location. Close to the Subte and within walking distance of a variety of places. Met lots of friendly people there. The staff were lovely but very casual. Sometimes it was hard to know who was working there. Had all the basic facilities which was what I was looking for but the building is a work in progress…the kitchen kept flooding and the showers were a challenge with the water pressure. The beds were clean and I felt safe there. Overall enjoyed my stay. The cats were cute!

I had a really nice stay! Very nice atmosphere and the location is amazing! Everyone was really helpful and welcoming. The kitchen is very small though and I feel like there was a nice hang out area missing but maybe that’ll come when they’re done renovating ✨🥰

Hostel is well located near main attractions like SAN TELMO MARKET and Sunday ferias. Hostel is really nice with filtered water facilities for drinking. Plus hot water shower and the rooms and the beds are comfortable. Lockers needs to be fixed and I hope they take care of it. Nice atmosphere, and good to socialise plus they always have some activities at night which is nice. No complaints from me and I will definitely come back. Diego and Hernan are very friendly and caring. thank you...

Super nice, social and welcoming hostel!! Cool social events with local culture, two lovely kittens and walking distance to many interesting and historical places. Located in the beautiful San Telmo with hosts that can give you good tips for what to do. The vibrant atmosphere definitely made us feel at home

I spent an excellent time at the hostel, felt very welcome thanks to Hernán and Diego and the volunteers who were very friendly and available to give out advice. I could meet people through the evening activities, and all I'm sad about is that I missed the party on the next weekend!

Fiquei simplesmente apaixonada por tudooo! Desde a recepção do Diego e do Hernán, que foram incríveis e me ajudaram muito com várias dicas do que fazer pela cidade, até os drinks do bar e a aula de empanadas que fiz lá. A vibe do lugar é muito boa, sempre com música e gente aberta pra conversar. Acabei fazendo vários amigos de diferentes países, o que deixou a experiência ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, foi um daqueles lugares que fazem a viagem ficar ainda mais inesquecível. Muit...

Una experiencia excelente! El lugar funciona en una casa histórica hermosa. Más allá del edificio, lo mejor es la gente. Diego, Hernan y el equipo generan un ambiente súper cálido y relajado. Desde el primer momento te hacen sentir bienvenido y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar con recomendaciones. El dia que llegue participe de una actividad de pizza argentina y hoy estuvimos divirtiéndonos con los juegos de domingo. El ambiente social que se genera es muy bueno. Hay muchos viajeros solo...

Estadia 10/10 no Lighthouse Coliving em San Telmo. Dá realmente para sentir a alma deste lugar. O prédio em si é uma linda casa histórica, com pisos de mármore, chaves antigas e muito caráter, mas o que realmente torna o lugar especial são as pessoas que o administram. Diego, Hernan e a equipe criam uma atmosfera que parece mais uma casa do que um hostel. Desde o momento em que você chega, eles ajudam com recomendações, lugares para visitar e tornam muito fácil conhecer outros viajant...

An amazing hostel all round. Hernán and Diego are the best hosts, and the two kittens make it feel very homely. With the work they are doing the place will only improve from here, will definitely be returning!!
