We were in the luxury room and it was horrible. Not place for suitcases, barely to walk, very bad bed, toilet was inside the shower and the water of the shower wouldn't come down. Hairs of ex tourist everywhere. Courtain fell. At night is far away from anything valuable and it's surrounded only by tourist traps. Terrace is a lie, there is a little balcony shared without wifi where a disgusting breakfast is served. We stayed 2 nights and moved. Found something 100 better for less money

- Odadaki yatak üstü lambalarin yanmamasi perdelerin çok eski ve temiz olmaması en önemlisi klimayi hiç kullanamadım çünkü aşırı derecede toz üflüyor resmen toz kokusundan odada durulmuyor çok bakımsız klimalar acilen müdahale edilmesi lazım.

+ الموظفون جدا ودودين وموقع الفندق جيد جدا والخدمة ممتازة
- الغرفة لم تكن مطابقة كما رأيتها بالصور لقد كانت جدا صغيرة وغير الذي رأيته بالصور ..وموظفات النظافة جدا غير ودودين حتى لا يردون السلام ونحن خارجون من الغرفة ونظراتهم غير جيدة ينظرون لك بازدراء
+ Das Hotel liegt direkt hinter der Blauen Moschee in einer tollen Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ist von hier aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und höflich.
- Von der Unterbringung in einem "Kellerloch" hätte ich gerne vorher gewußt. Die kleinen Schlitze unter der Decke kann man als Fenster wohl kaum bezeichnen. Wer also dort bucht sollte sich vorher bestätigen lassen, dass er oberirdisch untergebracht ist. Die Kellerzimmer sind ihren Preis keinesfalls wert. Betten eher knallhart und Kissen viel zu hoch.

- Zimmer, Hotel, Bad, Haus, Balkon. Alles sehr Mau.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff Max, Jessie, Sardar and Sadat always up for a game of beer pong or cards. The bar/kitchen areas was a nice chill out area with gorgeous views of the sea. However, I'm not sure if it was because we were in a mixed dorm with 4 guys but the cleanliness of the room was not high- when we were first shown to our room it was not clear what beds had been slept in and thus we were not sure if our beds were clean or not.

+ A localização é ótima, andei sempre a pé. O ar condicionado e a internet funcionaram bem.
- A receção é apenas uma mesa no hall, o que dá mau aspeto. De uma forma geral o hotel está velho e a necessitar de cuidados. Cada vez que tomava banho, a água saía para fora… Funcionários não falavam bem inglês e não foram atenciosos.

My host was fantastic. The bed was good. Location was walkable to main sites.
I want yo be honest Location and price it's the best 2 out of 3 lights in the bathroom did not work. In my stay the never clean the toilet or empty the paper bin Breakfast was OK and they fill my water bottle for free. And gave me an instambulkart for use in our stay
The hospitality was AMAZING. We had so much fun and we're so well taken care of. The location is great, easy walking distance to lots of cool things. The price was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and all in all I can't really say enough good things!
I really enjoyed it, fun vibes, food is good, people are good and the pub crawl night was funny AF

+ Отель чудовий, зручне розташування. Окремо хочу відмітити чистоту в номері, Діля просто молодець. Наступного разу обов'язково постлюся в цьому отелі.
- Для того щоб поснідати потрібно підніматися на 3 поверх.

Very nice personal, they're very open to talk to and eager to help. Also a very social place. It is super easy to get to know people. Every evening they have a social event if you're into that. The hostel is located super central to some famous touristic spots, which is nice but because of tha it's expansive to eat out near the hostel. The breakfast is 10/10. the rooms could be cleaner, it was pretty dusty but not too bad. would come again.
+ Hotelul e foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice principale si gazdele primitoare si mereu dornice sa sara in ajutor, ne-au organizat foarte eficient si transferul de la aeroport. Per total este un loc unde am mai reveni cu drag.
+ The staff is very helpful and the attitude is great. It's located very close to Hagia Sophia, Kapala Charci and the T1 stop at Sultan Ahmed. Gulhane park is at walking distance as well. There is a store very close by and the street isn't noisy all the time. The heating is working. The room was clean and stacked with all you need.
- It's kinda below its price bracket, with everything being worn out and beaten up. Parking is a nightmare if you don't have the help from the staff.

It was my first time in Istanbul and I couldn't have made a better choice. Charming atmosphere and amazing staff. The breakfast is delicious, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying the sea view. Great location near the Blue Mosque, with many markets, restaurants and shops nearby. Lots of activities for guests, I had a lot of fun. Thank you to all the guys and especially to Tatiana!

I had a great stay! Ege was very nice and helpful :) Would recommend. Tatiana is awesome as well, always encourages guest to socialize and organizes fun activities for guests!
+ Relación calidad-precio está bastante bien. Estaba limpio y el personal correcto, sin más. La equipación del hotel bastante completa teniendo en cuenta el tipo de hotel (armario, secador, neverita, hervidos para té, gel, champú)
- La calificación que le da Booking (4), me parece muy exagerada, en España/Europa esto sería un hostal o un hotel de 2 estrellas como mucho. Las instalaciones son de baja calidad
In realiteit is Bucoleon gewoon Cheers Lighthouse hostel welke ook op HW staat. Ons verblijf in Bucoleon was niet helemaal zoals geadverteerd. Kamers zijn niet schoon en gedateerd, ontbijt is karig en faciliteiten zijn aanwezig maar gedateerd. Er is een night guard, maar dat is de enige beveiliging en enkel op èèn locatie. De gemeenschaps ruimte is prima met uitzicht op de zee, bereikbaarheid tot het centrum goed. De prijs reflecteert de kwaliteit en ‘Fantastisch’ is erg overdr...
Great value for the stay!
+ Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad auch gut ausgestattet gerade für den Preis. Was uns gefallen hat war die Preis-Leistung und das uns umsonst ein Parkplatz für unser Auto gestellt wurde. (Auch mehrere Stunden nach dem Checkout durfte das Auto dort stehen bleiben)
Fantastic hostel with great facilities, lovely staff and in a decent location: just away from touristy hotspots, and with many great coffee and food options nearby. A slight walk to the nearest public transport T1 line, but it benefits from being in a non-congested area but still close to some of Istanbul's main attractions.
+ Everything was nice, especially the staff. The location is great. The hotel is clean.
