Habibi Hostel

I booked online and when i went to the hotel they told me that its full and i should cancel my booking and that was a huge problem for me cz every hotel was full and i had to suffer to find an available place in another hostel. Awful experience with habibi hostel dont recommend it at all, cz i met also with some people that booked a dorm with 4 people and found themselves in a dorm with 16 people

Despite booking through Hostelworld, nothing was available. I was offered a place to sleep on the sofa in the entrance for half price. The staff member was very unfriendly and repeatedly raised his hand against a minor (presumably his son) who had found an unoccupied bed. This hostel is a complete rip-off and has no charm whatsoever.

we didnt stay as they didn't have the room we booked and hostel world has still charged us booking fee

After arriving to Habibi hostel with a booking, we were told that the hostel was in fact ‘full’ and that there was a problem with the booking system. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we were sinply able to get the pre-paid deposit back, however after getting on the phone to the German owner of the property this was denied to us. He gave us two option: 1. To leave with no refund. 2. To pay extra for a private room. The owner was incredibly rude and money orientated.

Experience horrible

Great people, not so great hostel. Booked an 8-bed dorm, got an 11-bed dorm. There were only 2 power outlets in the room and it was completely full of beds and luggage. Had my backpack in my bed. Toilet paper is rare. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. The terrace has no roof. For sun/rain protection you can chill downstairs. It's very dark there, the sofa is uncomfortable and there's usually a hostel employee watching videos at full volume. Private rooms can be nice, great location as well

Sehr laut, Leute waren aber cool. Betten sind sehr hart und Decken werden ohne Überzug verwendet, es gibt auch keine Vorhänge an den Betten. Im Dorm ging nur eine Steckdose und die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Einziger Pluspunkt waren die Leute und dafür kann des Hostel am wenigsten.

Good placement and functional dorms. The bathroom situation was sometimes frustrating with missing toilet paper at times, but there was hot water and the rooftop was stunning. Overall good value, you get what you pay for. We appreciated that there were locks for our valuables.

Honestly it’s okay comparing to other hostel. Being conscious that the main door and the dorm’s doors will stay open all the day till sunset, moreover locker didn’t really close. There is just a bathroom for each floor. It’s okay for staying few days, no more.

I had a very nice stay here! Nice dorms and a nice rooftop. The staff is very friendly and welcoming

Experience horrible

Gute Lage und schöne Dachterasse. Die Betten sind leider Steinhart. Wir waren im 3er Zimmer, aber ich denke die Matratzen sind überall gleich. Wir hatten alle Rückenschmerzen am Morgen… Und das Bad für die Frauen ist sehr klein. Ich würde nicht nochmals kommen, vorallem wegen den Betten.

Well first of all big thanks to abedlah who been very helpful and kind he absolutely make the vibe different. When it comes to the hostel honestly neat and clean it’s gets cleaned almost every early morning . In general everything in place when it’s comes to cleanliness. You can also rent a wetsuit jump to the water get back have a fresh hearcut at habibi haircut salon just down stairs and finish it with an amazing rooftop sightseeing and cool people all around the world . Definitely coming...

Great place to stay in Taghazout.

Hostel was overvooked, so o couldn't stay. Had a quick look around, wasn't impressed by the facilities either.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit im Habibi Hostel. Haben viele neue Menschen kennengelernt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Der Hostel Manager war super lieb, hilfsbereit und hat uns Einblicke in die marokkanische Kultur ermöglicht.
