It’s fine for an airport stay, but the mattresses are terrible and the rooms are very small. Compared to the general standards of hostels in SL this one was poor. Not particularly social either
I've been to 5 hostels in Sri Lanka and this hostel is the worst ever. I don't recommend it at all. The bed are not comfortable and it shake and make noise with each movement. The mattress is shorter than the bed that my stuff dropped down many times. The staff is not friendly nor charming. The kitchen is not allowed to be used. You cannot have any coffee or tea for free. The hostel lacks professional team to manage.
I stayed one night, it was lovely. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Not really great, I don't understand the high reviews. It's not that cheap and basically offers nothing. There's zero social life as tourists are in Negombo only in their first or last day. I guess it's useful only if you need to find someone to share a ride to Sigiriya. The beds don't even have curtains, are not very comfy and I'm very skeptical of how clean they are. The staff is for sure the best part, at least they are nice!

Zeer proper hostel! Wel wat kleine kamers, maar voor 1 nacht zeker meer of oké! Zeer vriendelijk personeel
Prima locatie. Veel muggen en kamer oogt wat onverzorgd. Host is aardig maar in mijn optiek wat opdringerig.
A peaceful & sweet hostel (with cafe)! Nice staff & super accomodating for late night check in. Pretty quiet when I went, but great location! Good way to ease into trip

Really good for one night. I had a female dorm to myself kinda felt scary to be alone but also safe because the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you need to stay somewhere before you fly out or after you land.

It is more than a perfect place to make a stop whether you just arrived or about to leave the country.It is very quiet but still I meet some people even in the low season.A good location near the tourist hub and the beach so you can wander around easily.The staff is friendly and always there to assist you 24/7

Great place to stay,Nipuni and Hansi are super friendly and helpful. Loved the food they make, you should definitely order here. The activities they organise where fun! I would reccomend to join
This was a really nice hostel to stay! The owners are really friendly and they organise some activities as well. I would recommend.
Wij waren voor een nachtje in dit Hostel om bij te komen van onze vlucht. Door vertraging kwamen we een dag later aan dan gepland en dit was geen probleem. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en goedkoop. Het hostel organiseert ook activiteiten zoals strand volleybal en een fiets tour. Overall een erg fijn hostel!

I had a really lovely and chilled introduction to Sri Lanka staying here. The owner and staff were so friendly and let me check in early at 6am after my flight so I could sleep. There weren’t many other guests but I was made to feel very welcome and joined everyone at the hostel for a sunset swim. The food in the cafe was also incredibly tasty!

Hele lieve mensen, en prima bedden. In de avond gevolleybald en heerlijk gegeten tijdens het family dinner. Prima aanrader om te beginnen met je reis!

Perfect for one night before/after a flight. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the bus/train schedules. Unfortunately the beds did not have any curtains but that is the only negative point. We really enjoyed our short stay.
Great facilities, friendly staff, clean amenities and beds. Also in a good location being a 5-10minute walk from restaurants, cafes and the beach

This property was great. The location was good, the staff were welcoming and the room was clean. There was hot water too. Would recommend!
The hostel was great! We also did the morning cycling tour with them and the staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommended! 🤩
It was all very nice, and I came back twice ! The stuff are very friendly and it is nearby the beach and many restaurants ! It’s definitely a good place to stop by in your travels !
