it was a pretty hostel with a cool atmosphere. The bathroom situation want the best having 2 stalls, each with a toilet and shower in it.
Good location, great garden to hang out, well equipped kitchen, nice living room, cozy beds and friendly. Only negative aspect: the bathrooms could have been cleaner and there were plenty of spiders in every room. Only small ones, but still that is not how it should be.
My wife and I, one night in late August to visit Tara national park. Generally: stylish, good atmosphere, easy to reach, parking spots right across the street. Host is friendly and welcoming. However, no english and seemingly unable to appropriately deal with all work: Many Spiders and webs in room and around beds, no rebukes of guests significantly breaking house rules and misbehaving, toilets rarely entirely clean, kitchen and kitchenware usable but neither clean nor in good condition.
I really loved this hostel, especially the neighbours’ cat. He was the highlight of my trip beside Tara National Park. It was clean, the rooms were big. The two inconveniences that I had were that there was no AC and during summer, it’s very much needed. And the other one was that what separated the toilet from the shower was one curtain. I LOVED the common spaces, they’re so aesthetically pleasing. I’d come back there for sure
Gorgeous hostel in a peaceful part of town that gives you the best base possible to explore the area. As you'd expect in a hiking hostel the staff and other guests were all very respectful and friendly. They had a great cat too.
Beautiful place to relax and enjoy what Bajina Basta has to offer. Tables and hammocks on the garden are a huge plus. Milan is a great host and he made our stay even better. I would recommend the Hostel with no doubt.
This was a great hostel. Although I was out of season I can see that the place is set up to be incredibly warm and social. The decor has been tasteful done and the kitchen was equipped with everything I could possibly need and more. The only thing stopping a maximum rating was the fact I couldn’t lock my room or the hostel in generally. Although the village seems safe I still was uncomfortable leaving my equipment unattended and accessible. doubt this is an issue in season when hostel is manne...
Cet endroit est un havre de paix au milieu des montagnes serbes
One of the best Hostels I've stayed in. The rooms, kitchen and bath are clean, it has a nice living room and most of all a huge garden with apple and pear trees and a great view of the tara mountains. The owner also provides free bicycles. Would visit again.
We loved this place! If you’re looking to go to Tara national park, this place is pretty close by in a lovely town. The check in was very relaxed and we had a whole room to ourselves!
