- Attempted double charge for the room, total lack of explanation, disrespect and deplorable customer service.
+ This place is very social. It’s easy to meet people and connect — there’s a whole community of young travelers who come here. If you’re looking to meet others and hang out, this is definitely a good spot for that
- When I arrived, there was a drunk/alcoholic person staying in the room. Eventually, he was removed at night only after everyone in the room complained. I later found out that reception had already been informed about him before I arrived — he had been there for almost a week — and nothing was done. The bathroom and shower in the room were shocking. Everything was yellow and very dirty. In the morning, housekeeping entered the room next to me. I woke up and noticed they were inside for only about two minutes — no real cleaning, nothing was changed, no fresh sheets for guests. The bathroom and shower were honestly the worst and most disgusting I have ever seen. Also, the staff barely speak English, which makes communication very difficult

- owners and managers are very bad. They judge you based on your nationality and age. They kick old people out
- The staff were rude asking for the passport and visa even though I show it up. I felt as in USA immigration custom center. They treat me as a criminal. So they cancelled my stay

- 太吵一堆遊客玩到半夜一點才回房間大家都被吵到環境髒亂我看我的床我還沒碰我第一眼看是亂的還有冷氣開很小這讓房間裡空氣非常悶熱這裡住宿遊客太多導致品質奇差加上收費也不便宜我被刷卡刷了11 dollars，我住芽裝其他雙人套房才8 dollars，又貴又差勁
+ Единственное место в Нячанге где принимали в ТЕТ не по конскому ценнику. 2 бронирования слетели, и FUSE буквально спас меня. Но на этом всё.И ресепшен всегда какой-то возбуждённый.
- Я получила синяк из за уборщиц в номере. Они оставили мокрые полы и я подскользнулась на кафельной плитке. Два синяка на двух коленях.было очевидно т очень больно. Нет лампочки у кровати, хотя это обязательное оснащении спального места.
absolutely terrible hostel, staff aren’t bothered about complaints. wouldn’t kick out a 69 year old nonce from my room who called himself epstein. would rather stay in iraq with missiles flying over my head
Auberge très malhonnête car ils ont essayé de m’arnaquer sur la caution. Je l’ai donnée par cash, en partant ils m’ont dit que je la recevrai par virement sur ma carte, une fois partie de l’auberge, ils m’ont qu’ils n’avaient pas la preuve de mon paiement de la caution par carte, qui d’après ne se faisait jamais par cash. When i got to the hostel, i got a burger that was raw inside. I did not notice until i have eaten some of it. I got a reeeeally bad food poisen from it, and had to stay at the toilet my whole stay I had to extend my stay because i was in no shape to leave. When i asked the reseptionist to extend, it would cost me $40. I said that’s weird, because it only cost $14 when booking online. The only place you want to be in nha Trang, events every night and a sociable hostel especially once the free beer starts flowing at 6.30pm every night. Also offering a snorkelling and booze cruise multiple times and week and mud baths and hikes to waterfalls. All of the reps are lovely; Marie, Thomas, Tabitha and Pineapple!!

great social hostel that is not too much party, but still does a lot of party activities
Super cute alot like a hotel, was quiet so not many events but we did get a pub quiz eventually
Lovely stay at fuse, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend the bike tour with fuse, it was such a great morning. Special shout out to William and Holly, they were such great craic!! sad to be leaving :,(( Caroline and Marcia

Fine hostel,I much preferred the one in Hoi An, the man on reception at night was quite rude when I checked in at 4am and when someone else came in his story and manner changed completely which I thought was strange. The people on reception in the day however, were really lovely. The shower was also quite mouldy in the women’s dorm as a room curtain was used to cover a window. The vibe however was fantastic and they had a load of activities on offer as well as discounts available.
The staff and social atmosphere of the hostel are amazing but they do not change the bedding, a girl in my room checked out and I watched the cleaner come in and literally just remake her bed and not change any of the sheets , when I checked in there was hair and crumbs all over my bed which is disgusting and such a shame because otherwise it would be an amazing hostel

My experience at this hostel was a bit mixed, as when I arrived there was miscommunication with the staff, the room ended up having mould so I had to be moved, the facilities were okay, clearly a party hostel but it was centrally located and for what I was looking for it was sufficient. Also for the miscommunication I did get a night refunded!
Great place
It’s ok. The dorm itself was clean, but the bathroom was super dirty and not cleaned very often. + nice pool, comfy clean bed, huge locker in dorm, keys to dorm, it’s a social hostel with a lot of activities, nice location just a few minutes to the beach - no free drinking water, no light and shelf in bed bunk, not very clean and only one bathroom for a whole dorm

+ For what I paid for this room, I was extremely impressed. Even though it's a hostel, it feels like a nice hotel, with a nice front desk and helpful people who took care of me when I had an issue checking in. Everything was clean that I saw, including my four-person room. The bed was comfy, so was the bathroom, they had a yoga stretching room upstairs which I used daily, and I thought the location was perfect since it was 10 minutes from the beach and close to dozens of restaurants within minutes
- I really couldn't find any faults anywhere!
+ C'était ma première fois dans un dortoir et autant vous dire que je n'ai pas été déçue. Ambiance au top ! Il y a beaucoup de vie dans cet hostel, des activités et animations sont prévues tous les soirs et le personnel fait tout pour que vous passiez un bon moment. Il est possible d'organiser des sorties directement avec l'hôtel à des prix abordables. J'ai notamment pu faire la sortie cruise et j'en étais ravie ! Les équipements sont tops, il y a un espace coworking, plusieurs bars, une piscine, une table de billard et une bagagerie. La nourriture est très bonne. Le dortoir est très bien équipé notamment avec ses énormes casiers pour ranger ses affaires en toute sécurité. Emplacement parfait.

I stayed in a private room so can’t speak on the dorms but from the people I talked to there are curtains on the beds, nice pool on the roof and activities every night which makes is super easy to socialize. Pool table on the second level is nice and good deals on drinks.
