- It is difference from Booking that they don't accept credit card, and not turn on air condition in the day time, and managed drunk people to annoy other the whole night, finally they insist not deal with app Booking.and the price is higher than the app.

- 第一天發現一隻床蟲我把它放生了 之後又在發現兩隻床蟲，我把它放進寶特瓶裡面，就如照片一樣，被我展示出來 隔天早上我請裡面的服務員更換新的床用品，他們服務態度極差，表情面容不是很想工作，更換完成床單，他們把原本我使用過的毛毯，沒有更換又放回去了，我請他們更換新的，我大聲叫了他好幾次，他都裝作聽不見，然後又大聲的吆喝，之後不情願的，從別的床拿了毛毯給我，示意我自己拿過去，好像我是他的員工，後來我等他放好毛毯！ 我確認毛毯上面依然噁心， 還有沾黏別人的毛髮， 他把我的毛毯放到替換的床位，這表明了，這毛毯從沒洗過，只不過更換到了另一個床位，將來使用的那位床的人，我只能說明你非常倒楣，使用我用過的毛毯，上面可能還有床蟲，如果遇到也不意外，因為我已經抓了三隻，還有床蟲的話也不意外 順帶一提，在我發現床蟲時，我移動枕頭，發現枕頭下面也有床蟲的屍體，與很多不同顏色的髒眼屎還是顆粒的贓物 On the first day, I found one bed bug and released it. Later, I found two more bed bugs and put them in a plastic bottle, as shown in the photo. The next morning, I asked the staff to change the bedding. Their service was extremely poor; they didn't seem interested in working. After changing the sheets, they put the blanket I had used back without changing it. I asked them to change it, and I called out to them several times, but they pretended not to hear me. Then they shouted loudly again, and reluctantly took a blanket from another bed and gestured for me to take it myself, as if I were their employee. I waited for them to put the blanket away! I confirmed the blanket was still disgusting, and there was still other people's hair stuck to it. He put my blanket in the replacement bed, which means the blanket had never been washed; it was just moved to a different bed. The person using that bed in the future is incredibly unlucky. Using a blanket I used might still have bed bugs on it. It wouldn't be surprising if you encountered any, since I've already caught three. Incidentally, when I found the bed bugs, I moved the pillow and found dead bed bugs underneath, along with many different colored, dirty eye discharge or granular filth. - Мне было отказано в заселении! Владелец назвал выдуманную причину- сбой в программе Booking. При этом владелец указал, что я не явился на заселение! Это мошенники, которые отказываются заселять без видимых причин. У меня есть видео как владелец просит меня отменить бронирование и поскорее уйти. Похоже владелец хочет заселять только богатых туристов. Иначе я не могу объяснить такое неуважение к постояльцам.

+ Расположение в центре, в пешей доступности пляж, ТЦ, магазины и уличная еда. Есть лифт. В комнате есть окна, но не открываются и они заставлены кроватями.
- Это хостел, в котором я узнала, что такое клопы и как они выглядят. Это было ужасно. Когда я заселилась в комнату я увидела маленькую букашку размером 2 миллиметра. Я раздавила её. Затем я увидела на кровати букашку побольше и точно также раздавила, думая что это какая-то букашка в Азии… После я увидела ещё 2 такие букашки… Это были клопы, но я не знала об этом… Мальчик в моей комнате обнаружили клопов в своих кроватях и на шторах. Они показали мне это и рассказали об этом. Это было ужасно. Не заселяйтесь, пожалуйста, туда. Вы будете искусаны за собственные деньги. Мальчики из моей комнаты уехали мгновенно и получили компенсацию. Персонал никак не отреагировал по отношению к другим постояльцам комнаты: никаких извинений. Никакого переселения в комнаты чище… (???!), если такие имеются.. В номере был вентилятор. Были большие окна, которые не открывались для проветривания. Под кроватью было грязно - много пыли. Убирают не тщательно. Принимала душ всегда холодной водой, вне зависимости это было утро или вечер. Персонал, который подаёт завтрак - это те же самые люди, которые убирают туалеты и меняют постель. Очень неприветливые дамы. Завтрак только один вариант - панкейки и джем.

We enjoyed our one night stay here at Bondi Backpackers the staff were super friendly and helped us massively with our bus to Hoi An, they called the driver to make sure we got on the right bus when we couldn’t find it. Would definitely reccomend
It was okay. Good location and decent breakfast, but there were a few issues. It says on Hostelworld they take card, but they only accepted cash in real life. Also the lockers are small and they turn the AC off during the day, this means it is boiling and you can't really stay inside during peak heat hours. Regardless it was a nice place and very convenient location
This hostel is absolutely disgusting there were bugs everywhere! There was dead bug blood in the beds and a needle in the bed - rooms were dirty overall. There was a rotten banana just left in the shower! When this was bought up to staff they were unapologetic and didn’t seem to care. We ended up checking out after 1 night and finding elsewhere to stay. Don’t waste your money staying here unless dead bugs and rotten bananas are your thing.

+ El staff súper amigable, ubicación muy buena, súper limpio y la habitación de mujeres muy amplia y cómoda
- El colchón de la cama es medio fino y hacia mucho ruido
+ El edificio tiene ascensor con acceso a todas las habitaciones. El personal de recpeción es agradable y simpático y se preocupa por cada huésped que se aloja allí. El desayuno es muy simple, aunque es buffet y puedes repetir de todo, excepto los huevos. Hay diferentes baños y duchas en cada planta del edificio donde están las habitaciones, cosa que se agradece cuando hay tantos huéspedes en el mismo piso. El hostel está ubicado en el centro y a 7 minutos andado de la playa principal
- El ascensor no llega al piso donde está el comedor para desayunar y la piscina. Cuando se acaba la hora del desayuno, te hechan del comedor y lo cierran, así que no puedes aprovechar ese espacio ni la terraza fuera de la horas del desayuno o de la happy hour. En la habitación hay aire acondicionado y ventilador. Durante la noche el aire acondicionado estaba demasiado frío. Ni con sudadera, pantalón largo y manta era soportable el frío del aire acondicionado. La litera se mueve mucho si hay alguien en la cama de encima. Solo hay cortinas en las camas de abajo. Las camas de encima no tienen cortina para mayor privacidad. El personal del desayuno es bastante borde, ni si quiera muestran una sonrisa a los huéspedes ni un saludo al entrar y a la hora de hablar te lo dicen en su idioma y como si estuvieran enfadadas cada día. Hubo un día que estaban cocinando huevos para diferentes huéspedes y a mi no me los quisieron hacer. Las toallas solo son de alquier.

I loved this hostel. The staff is so friendly, it feels like a family. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and it has a pool. Don’t forget your free shot to get ready for the free pub crawl.

MOLD IN BED! Don't go here. I checked out immediately five minutes after entering the dorm because the pillow and mattress were both moldy (see the rating and the pictures on Google Maps). The place was generally super run down and dirty. I told the staff about the mold, but he didn't really care. At least I got most of my money back.

no Bed Bugs, very clean room at all. nice smell etc. Stuff was very friendly. And the Aircon is nicely cold. it is not a party hostel. But not that social. Everybody does mostly do more their one thing.

+ Such a lovely vibe. Many groups passing through and I joined a group for a trip to the mud baths. Breakfast was great too.

Standard hostel, dorms are nothing too fancy. Staff are lovely, it’s clean, close to the beach and good price. Beds are a bit rickety that’s all.
