Montañita Cabañas Hostel

Nice staff and smooth check-in process. Tucked away but still convenient and plenty on your doorstep. Great pool and jacuzzi. WiFi was poor. Rooms have large open vents so sound-proofing is really poor, you’ll need earplugs.

I stayed at the cabañas for two weeks. It‘s the most beautiful Hostel in Montañita. The comfort is like in a Hotel. You have a private Space with a Hammock and Spaces to chill together. For me that was the perfect combination. A big extra is the warm jacuzzi. Just tell the staff when you want to go in and he will heat it for that time. There was 24/7 a security person, so you will always feel save. Staff members like to talk, sometimes they came a bit close.

One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. It's quiet and great for relaxing. However, there's still always company (young and old), which is ideal if you're traveling alone.The staff is super friendly and always helpful.

Would definitely recommend. Nice rooms and loved the garden. You can pluck your own fresh mint from the garden which is really cool. People were nice. Always someone to chat to in the communal area.

Ein guter Ort, um nach wochenlangem Wandern zu schlafen. Nahm den Nachtbus von Quito und kam am Morgen. Die Cabanas sind schön und es ist wie 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt.

Super! L’endroit est vraiment très beau, plein de plantes et de hamacs pour se reposer! On a adoré Ma piscine est propre et on a même eu accès à un jacuzzi! La chambre était grande et agréable, avec tout ce qu’il nous fallait. Gracias!

I had an awesome time at Montañita Cabañas in the mixed dorm! The dorm was comfy and clean also the lockers were big enough for my backpack. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and I loved the oasis vibe with the palm trees. It’s close to the center but still quiet, and with the guard at night, I felt super safe. Great spot overall!

It was really nice stay over all. Cozy but spacious rooms, the cleaning lady Fabiola was fantastic!! There were a lot of people from the Spanish school so there was always someone to chill or eat with. Thanks guys!!
