One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. The entire property smells like a rotten room full of dead fish, and the stench never leaves. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting—no exhaust fan, just a useless vent opening into the room, so all the smell comes right back. Tap water smells horrible, there’s no RO drinking water, and using the bathroom itself feels like a punishment. The mattress was filthy and uncomfortable, sleep was impossible. Reception staff were insanely rude and clearl...
Solo female traveller. I was sick when I arrived and the owner was very nice, which was appreciated. I feel the owner took advantage. throughout my 3 days, he repeatedly touched me (an awkward massage with a closed door, another time close to my breast and later he put his head in my lap). I booked a desert camel tour and the day before, he told me it would be just us 2 so I cancelled. I didn’t want to leave this review, but I subsequently met several people who reported similar things. Not o...
We,two person, paid together 3400 rupees for a safari tour with camel riding + sunset point. The problem was that we only rode 300 meters on the camels when the two „guides“ told us that we could go on for 1& 1/2 h but that they would charge as another 1500 in addition to what we have already paid. And the supposed sunset point was literally the point where they dropped us of with the camels. It was 300 meters nearby the overcrowded parking spot. Thus, we paid 3400 for walking 2h in the deser...
Cheap and good location, however I wouldn't recommend unless you're looking for very budget accommodation. Toilet and shower were poor quality, sometimes not working. Room had no AC and was poorly ventilated - there was a ceiling fan but an all night power cut meant this wasn't working and it was upwards of 30 degrees while trying to sleep. Staff were friendly.
There was no hot water at the property, when I raised this with staff he said he would go and check but he never got back to me. I felt misled the room we were given was really not as nice as the other private rooms pictured. It all felt very unfinished and the towels we were given were dirty. The only good thing is it has a good atmosphere for meeting others and the restaurant staff and food are pretty good. They also offer free pickup which was nice.
As a female solo-traveller, I felt very uncomfortable with the behaviour of the hostel-owner. He constantly asked what my plans were, because he wanted to sell further services of the hostel to me. He did not at all respect my personal space and I felt his behavour was very unprofessional.
Das Hostel hat eigentlich einen coolen Vibe und eine tolle Dachterasse mit Café. Leider war aber in unserem Zimmer starker Schimmel.
The hostel is very nice and so the safari would have been but During the night the owner came and was really inappropriate towards a female traveler, following her around and touching her several times, even thoug she had told him she wasn’t interested. It all made several of us feel uncomfortable. so I would not exactly recommend the hostel especially not for females. I went on a second night safari only with the camel drivers which was very nice and chill and I really liked it
I guess you get what you pay for. 2 nights in a private room for about Rs. 350 can't expect much. That said, the place was not clean and the beds were not comfortable at all. Also, there was a windowless opening on top of the door which made it really noisy. Hot water was restricted to the early hours in the morning too.
Insanely good for the price. Good vibe and lots of people to do the desert safari with

Great hostel! Really nice location near the fort. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. The roof area was really nice for relaxing during the hot part of the afternoon and the food was good. The desert safari was really fun as well, definitely recommend. Everyone working at Little Prince were so kind and helpful, from picking me up from the train station to nice conversations in the cafe to helping me get some trousers tailored. I really recommend staying here!
Nice Hostel, very kind staff, we did the overnight desert trip with them and it was great!
Amazing hostel! Couldnt fault it. i did the desert safari with them and it was an amazing experience. No other tourists in the area. The staff were great and looked after me when I had food poisoning (from before I got to Jaisalmer)
Super good Hostel and nice staff. The desert night was amazing.
Goed hostel, erg sociaal, woestijntour is waar voor je geld
Great hostel for backpackers. Dorms and private rooms are very cheap, and the staff are nice and friendly. Location is right next to the fort which is ideal. They also have a desert trip if you’re interested. Would recommend
The best hostel! Very friendly staff that welcome you with chai on arrival and even help with transportation. Would highly recommend the desert trip and the cafe is yum upstairs :)
An amazing hostel made up of some of the best people I’ve met. So so helpful and accommodating to all needs. They do so much to help and give the best experience, especially the desert tour!
Amazing cute hostel, had an amazing camel safari experience. Great value for money. They also offer free drop off/pick up from the bus stop and are overall very helpful.
Great Hostel and desert tour
Great Hostel and incredible value! Really friendly staff, nice rooms, rooftop area with restaurant has good food and nice space to hang out. Location is perfect. No hot water as per usual but no problem. Desert Safari was amazing!
I mean you can’t argue with price. Gorgeous rooftop with a super chill vibe where you can relax or have a few beers. 2 minute walk to the fort. We did the desert safari with them and were happy. They mind your bags and let you use facilities after. Camels looked happy and in good shape too. Rooms are fine. You have to ask for tissue but they do have it. Hostel is clean but city itself is filthy. They did mange to rescue my shorts which fell down the side of the building so thanks!!
A really friendly, affordable and well located hostel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the hostel had a great atmosphere!
very good hostel, the safari was amazing, would recommend

Really great hostel. Friendly staff, clean and cheap rooms, great social area with games and cafe for food and drinks. Good location - 5 minutes walk from the fort. Good organisation of a desert stay - watched the sunset and slept under the stars.
Very good hostel the staff are very welcoming and will take care of the guests very well, they can also organise camel safari for a good price .
