They advertised a room with private shower but there was not shower and they just did a discount of 20 dollars for the mistake. There are not activities in the hostel also the aménités are pretty old. Everything is falling apart. There was a lot of humid in the room so the bed was always wet. pillows and matresses are super old. Only good thing the location as you were able to walk everywhere.

El hostel deja mucho que desear. La localización es buena y el personal que trabaja all es muy amable, pero el precio es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. La piscina no funcionaba (temporada de verano) y la zona de terraza está en medio de las habitaciones, por lo que a lo que hay un poco de ruido de madrugada no te deja dormir. No permitían pago con tarjeta, solo efectivo o paypal, por lo que tuve que sacar dinero. Además, no tenían cambio.

Got there, no staff to check in . The other guests said they think they are out dancing. So I very spontaneously had to find another place to stay. Of course on a holiday weekend there were only the most expensive left. What I saw of the place also looked like crap. On second thought kind of glad I didn’t have to sleep there

Não recomendo a absolutamente ninguém que tenha um mínimo de bom senso e que queira viajar e ter um mínimo de uma boa Experiência na cidade que vai… Um desserviço eu diria, deveriam fiscalizar e fechar, lugar sujo e de pessima energia!!! Reservei por 4 dias, não dormir nem o primeiro lá por que não queria estar naquele ambiente sujo e fui embora no dia seguinte, perdi meu dinheiro, não me reembolsaram nada… e está tudo bem, dinheiro não me faz falta… Ainda sim valorizo!!!

Embora a equipe de atendimento tenha tentado ser prestativa, o hostel como um todo é uma bagunça. Ao lá chegarmos, nos deixaram esperando por horas. Ainda, durante a estadia, nos mudaram de quarto duas vezes. A limpeza do hostel, por sua vez, deixava muito a desejar, os quartos e os banheiros eram imundos. Como se não bastasse, propuseram mexer nas nossas coisas enquanto estávamos fora para instalaram camas novas no quarto. A cereja do bolo foi que no último dia do ano acabou a água do ho...

Se você está em busca de um local limpo e confortável, não venha para esse hostel. Alugamos o quarto compartilhado para 12 pessoas e nunca vi um quarto tão sujo e caindo aos pedaços. As instalações são precárias e os banheiros sempre estão sujos (isso quando não falta água). Realmente foi o pior hostel que já fiquei, não recomendaria nem para o meu pior inimigo. É absurdamente caro e não tem o básico de higiene, me sentia suja mesmo depois de tomar banho.

I’m normally not one to give bad reviews, but definitely a disappointment. Staff was nice but hostal was overall dirty, room was very dirty, common spaces were not in use or dirty. Room was bot alike pictures at all. Definitely not worth the money and wouldn’t go here again.

The girls at the reception act like they don't even work there, don't care about attending the reception always talking to each other and on their cellphones, when you come to ask something they answer you with a bad attitude, and the hostel put loud music until 1 am was really annoying. do not recommend it. also, my bed smelled so bad. was really disgusting.

I didn't end up staying here. My room didn't have a lock and I could see the level below through the little gaps in the wooden floor (in parts where it was uncovered). That made me feel very uncomfortable right away. Also the location of my room was very inconvenient as it was the furthest from the bathrooms and I sometimes need to use them during the night. I ended up booking a hotel for my stay and unfortunately this hostel do not provide refunds.

Toda la gente que trabaja en el lugar fue súper amable, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación maravillosa, a pie de las playas principales y la zona de fiesta!

No hay toallas, no se puede pagar con tarjeta, el pool está en mantenimiento y las camas son bastante pequeñas. Tmb me quisieron cobrar más en pesos uruguayos que dijo Hostelworld (a la tasa de cambio oficial).

La pasamos increíble muy lindo y limpio todo

La ubicación, la gente del staff, el ambiente, el patio la barra y la piscina 10/10, volvería sin dudas!

This hostel was very dirty. Nothing was clean. Floor dirty. Kitchen dirty. Bed on arrival dirty. There was no hot water whenever we tried to shower. No hot water in the kitchen. Nil proper cutlery in the kitchen. No storage place in the shared dorm room. Had to keep my travel pack on my bed as there was no floor room. No ladder to climb onto the top bunk. The wifi didn’t reach our rooms. Only 2 working toilets in the whole hostel. Never any toilet paper.

The hostel is in a nice area, but the facilities don’t match the number of guests. Rooms and bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the staff were pretty much absent throughout my stay.

Awesome experience! I'm traveling the world and this place was one of my favs! Super clean, chill vibes, and the staff were amazing. Totally recommend!

Très bonne localisation, personnel très sympathique et accueillant. L'auberge est grande et il y a beaucoup d'espace. Au lieu d'être en dortoir j'ai pu dormir dans une chambre privée, ça fait du bien un peu d'intimité et de confort. Merci beaucoup!

Lovely and peaceful hostel, very clean and well located. A great place to unwind, with thoughtful touches and a relaxed vibe.

Excelente atención. El lugar muy bien decorado, todo funcionaba bien y súper limpio. La habitación compartida estaba muy ordenada y pasaron a limpiar varias veces. Además hicimos una comida entre varios y luego fuimos a un bar cerca. La ubicación es muy cómoda y el lugar muy seguro. Sin duda, volvería!!! Lo recomiendo!!!

Mi estadía fue increible, la experiencia fue hermosa, rodeado de personas de todo el mundo en un entorno joven y amigable, la cocina siempre limpia, los baños impecables y la atención de el personal 10 puntos, sin dudas recomiendo!!!

The room they gave me was full of mold and they knew it🥲 I was supposed to stay more than one night, but it threw me off.

Its was so good. Have a good location next to all the things on punta del este. We've one problem with bath because it's only have cold water but in general was a good experience. The hostel have many places as a pool, library, kitchen and other things.

The hostel was okay! I didn't sleep so well because I have a dust allergy and it seems the beds might be dusty, I had allergy attacks on the last two nights. Also, it was quite noisy, people were partying till 00:30 with loud music and talks every night. Apart from that everybody was very friendly and it was a super nice community of mostly volunteers.
