- 4人部屋がとても臭い。トレイの匂いがする部屋で寝ました。
+ 非常非常差，一个床位花了合人民币二百多的价格，入住的女生四人间，房间里有两个常住的摩洛哥女生，不大的房间里到处都是她们的东西，最糟糕的是她们从白天到夜晚总是待在房间里，并且一直在大声讲话，几个小时都不停的大声讲话，坐在我床头边的地毯上不停的说话，就好像屋里只有她们两个人一样，还高音量播放音乐，甚至跳舞，半夜十二点出门玩到凌晨两三点再回来，和前台的女工作人员反应，工作人员竟然没有任何办法，也没有劝阻，还说这就是一个分享的房间，她们仍然在房间里大声交谈，播放音乐，无语至极，两晚完全没休息好，一直听着她们的噪音，甚至一个在卫生间里一个在床上也要大声交谈，还不停的发出大笑的声音，是住过的青旅体验感最差的一次！！

- 1. Too expensive for what you get 2. I forgot my swimsuit and told them right after I left and where is it. They said they found it. When I asked to send it, they suddenly could not find it. It was a very expensive swimsuit.

- La ubicación horrible. Un lugar sucio, descuidado, lleno de laberintos.
+ Esse estabeleci-me é um GOLPE . Paguei , via Booking , confirmada reserva por e-mail . Cheguei lá cansado de longa viagem e , para minha surpresa , Negaram minha hospedagem com desculpas em língua estranha , para vc não entender .com certeza estava em Overbooking e , como desculpa , alegaram que minha reserva era , PASME ! , para quarto FEMININO . Mesmo com muita insistência, para me arrumar qualquer quarto Pq não tenha como eu procurar outro , NEGARAM , concluindo que cederam meu quarto para outros que pagaram no balcão . Pedi REEMBOLSO, também negaram , alegando ser problema da Booking , sugerindo para pedir devolução de meu dinheiro para Booking.com . Isto é um ABSURDO Quero que tomem providências URGENTES , para evitar processo JUDICIAL ( sou Advogado ) e postagens no “ Reclame Aqui @ e outros do gênero. Não admito um DESRESPEITO e GOLOE como esse . Aguardo resposta E-mail :- [email protected]

There was a cockroach on my bed. I told the staff and they changed my bed but the cockroach might still be there because they did not kill it.
Stay at the baytalice instead. This hostel is way too expensive.

- They don’t care the health of customers, and not organized service. And they female onwer is not kind at all
I don't have an issue with this hostel but more so the costs for things that are conveyed as 'normal' but genuinely aren't. Its usually just accepted because it is an expensive 'boutique' hostel and you pay double what you would for s regular hostel bed. For example washing and drying service costs 200 MAD (20 euro) when asked why it costs that much 'welcome to Tangier'. me and a buddy from my dorm combined our washing and got both big loads done for 50 MAD (5 euro) 1km up the road.

We had a great experience here - the staff were really friendly and the room was very clean and modern. This was the nicest hostel we stayed in Morocco and we were offered complimentary tea in the rooftop in the evenings. The only concession I would say is the breakfast has too many options - I think it would be better as a buffet so I am not wasting food.
I was welcomed like a family member, it was one of the best hostel experiences I have ever had, and will definetely recommend it to anybody
I had a short stay at this hostel, but it left a very positive impression on me. The staff were incredibly welcoming and warm, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Even though my visit was brief, everything was smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated the friendly atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommended!

Really nice hostel with the loveliest staff😍it had a really nice location to restaurants, shops and not a far walk to the beach. The beds were so comfy and it had a reading light with your own charger+++ they have two lovely rooftops as well with amazing views! Would definitely stay here again!

+ Très bien placé avec une belle vue. L’hostel est super propre et l’accueil est chaleureux. Les serviettes de bain sont en supplément (30 dirhams, environ 3€) et le petit déjeuner coûte environ 5€ — correct, mais sans fruits.
- À noter qu’il y a beaucoup d’escaliers, ce qui peut être un peu fatigant.
Very well located with a beautiful view. The hostel is super clean and the reception is warm. Bath towels are extra (30 dirhams, about 3€) and breakfast costs about 5€ correct, but without fruit. Note that there are many stairs, which can be a bit tiring.

+ Café da manhã bem caprichado, tudo feito na hora e, pra quem vem de outro país, consegue conhecer um pouco da gastronomia local. É tão bem servido que dá mais que o suficiente para aguentar até o almoço. Muito bem localizado, limpo, cozinha bem equipada. A vista do rooftop é 360 graus, dá pra ver a medina inteira, porto, praia. Enfim, achei tudo muito maravilhoso. Recepcionista falava inglês, outro desenrolava ate um pouco de português.

Very good breakfast, everything is done on time and, for those who come from another country, get to know a little bit of the local gastronomy. It is so well served that it gives more than enough to last until lunch. Very well located, clean, well equipped kitchen. The view from the rooftop is 360 degrees, it gives a 360 degree view of the entire medina, port, beach.

Really great hostel! Staff is very nice, location is perfect and the beds/facilities are great and clean. There was not a social atmosphere, although the hostel was full when we were there :)

+ Muy buena ubicación. A unos 250m hay un parking público con precio asequible para dejar el coche durante la estancia. Hostel limpio con ambiente amigable y tranquilo.
- Para mí lo peor han sido las camas. Hemos cogido una habitación cuádruple para toda la familia y los colchones eran horribles.
Very good location. about 250m away there is a public parking with affordable price to leave the car during the stay. clean hostel with friendly and quiet atmosphere. for me the worst have been the beds. we took a quadruple room for the whole family and the mattresses were horrible.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Medina and the treatment of the staff is unbeatable.
+ Lovely hostel right in the medina. Quite easy to find so really perfect location. Rooms were clean and had all the necessities. Amazing staff! Super lovely and helpful! Delicious breakfast! I would definitely return!
- The walls are thin so I could hear the room next door at night. But also I think it was a group so they were extremely loud.

+ Très bel hostel. Personnel aimable. La chambre était très propre et confortable avec une super vue sur le port. J'ai eu droit à de magnifiques levés du soleil. Il y a un une cuisine complète pour ceux qui aimerait se cuisiner de petits plats et un frigo où il est permis de laisser de la nourriture.
- Tout était parfait! Rien à redire...
