Would have rated lower if possible but the cleaning staff and blonde male worker at the desk today were very nice! Otherwise my advice is find new staff! Especially the dark hair managers both male & female were extremely rude, unhelpful. 1. I took off my mask for 2 seconds to drink water, female manager (always sitting and playing with her hair), snapped at me telling me to it on, while the whole room of people were maskless including her staff with mask under her chin. 2. Pretty sloppy reception. Unhelpful. Couldn't really book me a train ticket. (Dream Hostel does) Weird excuses not to help me... & didn't offer first aid after I was bit by a dog! It was also expensive. I was surprised by their tourism tax. Other hostels don't charge it.

It’s a pity that the property doesn’t follow the law and is not considerate of the neighboring buildings. It’s 23:27 and there’s a loud music playing (which by law is allowed until 10 pm!). It’s full of people who live here for long term with a strange vibe. You will notice when you arrive. The staff varies also some are friendly and helpful and some are not. One good thing is that it’s clean but you have to make your own bed. One interesting anecdote here. Não sei bem que estrelas ei de dar. O staff da receção são muito simpáticos embora o inglês não seja o melhor. O quarto era espaçoso, mas a casa de banho tinha um cheiro horrível a urina. Aconteceu me algo estranho por isso tenham atenção às carteiras com cartões de crédito e não deixem no quarto. Aconteceu que o único dia em que deixei a carteira no quarto, passado uns dias recebo avisos de débitos que não foram feitos por mim, liguei para o banco e já tinham sido feitos vár...
