- Very arrogant and rude British staff on the reception. Think they are entitled for whatever reason and acting as if they are doing you favor for simply giving you the room key. If you ask anything they would be staring at you with arrogant and annoyed „Pardon???!“ as if you asked them to give you 100 bucks out of their pocket instead of some normal question about your stay.

- Oldest and dirtiest kitchen I ever saw. The doing was so disgusting and dirty. One guy wanted to open a drawer and the whole thing fall apart. The hostel is really old and doesn't look like this pics online. Bed very small and uncomfortable (if one person moves the whole bed is moving). Can't recommend this hostel. Suggest the owner do some renovation and maintenance. Smells musty everywhere. Used the Waschung Maschine and the cloths smelled so baaaad:/

- Arrivati tardi. Le istruzioni per il check in arrivate per email erano impreciso (ingresso in un'altra strada rispetto a quello indicato) . Non abbiamo trovato l'ingresso del motel. Abbiamo provato a contattare più volte il personale. Nessuna risposta e abbiamo passato la notte in auto. La mattina grazie ad un passante, trovato l'ingresso. Fatto solo una doccia e andati via.

- The room smelt of rising damp. There was no hot water. Other male guests fighting, yelling, threatening death and banging on doors for hours in the early morning.

- I was overbooked so had to book another property at the last minute. I still have not been refunded for that night, disgusting!

+ Met our expectations. Good value for money, Clean and tidy ,great ensuite.

+ There was a separate cafe and a bar downstairs, so it was easy to grab something to eat or drink if guests wished to do so. It was also quite central, so within walking distance of the centre. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and there was a free car park round the back, but with it also being a pub it was quite full

- It was a bit dated, and there were TVs on the wall but a note that they hadn’t yet been installed. The electronics label on it showed it being quite a few years old, so I don’t think they’d been newly put there. The walls were pretty thin and I could hear the room next door talking all evening. Can’t complain for the price though, it was cheap and cheerful!

- Plus de savon dans le distributeur de la douche, la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger non chauffés, un eclairage miserable dans la salle à manger et une isolation phonique inexistante : quand le voisin prend sa douche à 6h30 du matin, c'est comme ai vous y etiez....

+ Freundlicher professioneller Empfang, offene Küche ohne beschränkungen. Viele Räume zum verweilen, tischkicker for free.

- Die stockbetten haben keine seitlichen Absturzsicherungen. Die Lüfter im Bad sind defekt, es gibt keine spinde und Steckdosen sind auch rar.
