Very friendly staff, nice vibe, dance classes
Such a great stay!!! Staff, volunteers and dance teachers are so lovely :))
Fun hostel with great group of people and friendly helpful staff who organise events and activities. Great salsa classes at a reasonable price. Rooms basic but affordable and very good value privates. Rules posted everywhere and fridges dirty at the time of visit.
We booked a room with two single beds - when we arrived, they told us that such room doesn’t exists and we got a room with a tiny double bed and a fan that didn’t work. Also there is NO free dance classes, as they advertise. The kitchen is HORRIBLE … super dirty and there aren’t even sponges or clean towels to clean dishes properly. We gave in our laundry and they gave it back to us, all crumbled up in a basket .. they didn’t even fold it. Would not recommend.
Bon emplacement, le personnel est sympathique et on a pu laisser nos bagages le jour de notre départ, l’auberge est propre et le choix d’activités est variés. CEPENDANT, si vous voulez dormir ou vous reposer, passez votre chemin, les chambres donnent toutes sur les communs (la nôtre donnait sur le cours de salsa, la cuisine et la salle à manger, un enfer puisque les gens y restent jusqu’au moins 23h). Sans oublier celles et ceux qui rentrent de soirée à 2h du matin…
I have never experienced a kitchen so dirty in my life. i know it’s a lot to do with the people that are saying there but at least try to enforce cleanliness. we stayed at La Palmera before and never had issues with cleanliness as there was always a person cleaning the kitchen. again not the hostels fault but some dirty backpacker decided to block the toilet and didn’t tell anyone. also the toilets smelt funky
The hotel itself is decent: clean, comfortable, and well located. Unfortunately, this does not make up for the experience with the staff. Following a simple misunderstanding during a conversation, the situation escalated in a completely excessive way. Despite my apologies and sincere attempts to calm things down, there was no willingness to listen or understand. I was asked to leave without any real explanation. + Las áreas comunes, el staff genial, muy tranquilo y amigable.
+ La chica de recepción es muy amable ,que le den llaves a uno de la entrada es súper.
- Se debe tener más confort en las habitaciones no se debe perder,los acabados son importantes como mejor ducha, muebles ,paredes que no esten rotas,el último piso de escucha ruidos por el patio donde se sientan ,nos abrieron la comida de la nevera nos tocó votar, se nos quedó Camiseta con letras Adidas ,nos deberiab llamar para acordar envío algo así.
+ La facilité pour organiser des cours sur place. Le rapport qualité prix surtout pour une chambre individuelle. Les différents espace sont agréables.
- Les équipements de la cuisine sont vraiment vétustes, ça ne donne pas envie de cuisiner. Pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain donc ça se salit très rapidement.

+ Nice hostel, cheap, with great facilities, coworking, 2 kitchens, rooftop and the best is that they have the dancing classes next to the hostel. Location is great
