+ Que nos dejaron afuera sin cancelar. Tenian la puerta abierta sin ningún tipo de seguridad y nadie atendió. Llamamos más de 12 veces; tocamos la puerta pusimos whatsap, y nadie respondió pese a que el anuncio decia 24 horas. Nos dejaron en la calle.

+ Llegamos al hotel con la reserva ya realizada y nunca nos abrieron la puerta , llámanos muchas veces al número telefónico y tampoco hubo respuesta, dejamos mensajes en el chat de booking y de igual forma nadie respondió, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento.

+ La situación es buena
- Es imposible dormir. El ruido de la calle es insoportable. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle no tienen directamente ventanas, solo madera y cristal que ni cierra. Se oyen las motos, caballos, el gallo de enfrente a las 5 de la mañana y las conversaciones de la calle. Es un infierno. Jamás pudimos dormir más de 3 horas. No limpian las habitaciones, incluso cuando lo pone en la habitación. No tuvimos agua caliente por la mañana y no pudimos ducharnos. La solución fue que nos duchásemos en el baño público de la recepción. Personal cero competente y no hicieron nada por ayudarnos. Han sido 3 noches en las que solo queríamos irnos. Encima caro y sin desayuno
- Diese Unterkunft war eine einzige Enttäuschung und entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer war nicht schallisoliert, der angeblich vorhandene zusätzliche Wohnbereich existierte schlichtweg nicht, und die Balkontür ließ sich nicht einmal öffnen. Doch der absolute Höhepunkt war, dass uns das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück verweigert wurde – eine Unverschämtheit! Zudem wurden wir unter Druck gesetzt, in bar zu zahlen, obwohl Kartenzahlung eigentlich möglich gewesen wäre. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht und können dieses Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen.
+ Personal war nett, Zimmer recht neu.
- Das Zimmer liegt gleich neben der Rezeption und neben einer viel befahrenen Straße. Durchgehend sehr große Lärmbelästigung.
Very disappointing stay. We booked two private rooms for two nights months in advance, but were told at check-in we could only stay one night due to a booking issue. Unfortunately, we were informed at check-in, when it was too late to cancel. We were moved elsewhere for the second night, which was inconvenient. The rooms were also not very clean and very noisy, right next to the road and front desk. For the price of the private rooms, a hotel would be a much better option.
TOO MUCH NOISE (single room)

- I’ve never stayed in a dorm this cramped before. Eight people were squeezed into what felt like the smallest room imaginable, with barely any storage or space to hang our things. With a room that small, I would have expected some decent common areas to balance out the claustrophobic feeling — but there really weren’t many. As a result, the whole stay felt extremely confined. The dorm itself, as well as the shared bathroom, were very dirty. When eight people are sharing such a tiny space, cleaning is essential… but it simply wasn’t done. The lockers for storing our belongings didn’t work either — they could be opened without any effort. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and definitely wouldn’t book again.

- La chambre individuelle est petite et surtout elle donne à la fois sur la rue en RDC (avec des fenêtres simple vitrage), sur l’entrée où il y a du passage nuit et jour (et de la musique) et sur les toilettes des chambres collectives. Des boules Quiès sont fournies mais c’est insuffisant. Impossible de dormir dans cet endroit.

Sehr schönes Hostel, super nettes Personal und nette Atmosphäre. Hostel bietet auch viele Aktivitäten zum Kennenlernen an und liegt allgemein sehr zentral, sodass man schnell Aktivitäten starten kann. Zudem gibt es Lunchpakete und Frühstück für je 4-5€. Einziges Manko ist, dass es in unserem 8er Dorm nur eine Klimaanlage gibt, aber kein Fenster und das unsere Tür zum Gang gequietscht hat.

Great stay! very comfortable beds and nice showers. Also great location. The only things missing was some more ‘chill spots’ and common areas in the hostel.
Bindi est très chouette pour faire des rencontres avec ses nombreuses activités proposées. Le personnel est très chouette (coucou Mel et Israël), le dortoir (6 personnes) est spacieux et la salle de bain également. Cependant manque une fenêtre pour aérer la chambre. Proche du centre et sécurisé. Petit bémol les espaces communs sont limités, il n’y a pas de cuisine et le rooftop ferme à 21:00.
Really clean hostel and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind! The only thing is that the beds are very loud when moving about and mattresses were quite hard.
It is a lovely hostel but small and not many facilities / social spaces except for the rooftop. There is no kitchen and the bedrooms are on the small side with only one bathroom in a dorm of 8. It is social enough though and in a great location.
The rooms were very clean and very safe, the doors locked and each locker had a lock with a password. The beds were very nice and came with an extra blanket for if it’s cold. The staff were very kind and welcoming and explained about all the tours and which were the best options given your preferences
Good room with good rain shower. Our welcome arrival at the front desk was nice. Upstairs there’s a great bar/restaurant and it is very cosy. The travelers/backpackers make it cosy as well.

Great hostel! I found the common areas, the dorm and the ensweet bathroom always clean. Great Wi-Fi and a bar on the rooftop. The hostel organises activities every day and staff is friendly. Definitely recommend this stay!
we stayed there for 3 nights and had a great time. the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and the wifi is good
I really liked that place. The beds are really comfortable the only thing is there are no windows in the room which makes you feel it‘s the middle of the night when you wake up. Mauro from the hostel is doing a great job!! He‘s always kind and is doing so much like the breakfast, tours, the night activities.. Props to him!!

- No kitchen available for guests to cook or store food or also no other places to relax than the rooftop which doubles as a restaurant. No aeration system in the box nor the room not even a fan. No space in room to do anything and one hook available per person is just not enough
