Such an odd hostel. It was mostly full with locals that seemed to be living there. The beds are cheap and noisy. Location is grand for Gangnam but wouldn't stay again
Curfew at 11 which in enforced no noise even talking allowed after 11 staff very rude cancelled a three day stay after how rude one member of staff was to me, also staff seem to sleep in dorms with guests which is also very bizarre would not recommend.
Very bad experience, the staff was non existent, the hostel was just a big apartment turned into a hostel. It was filthy and looked nothing like the pictures. The air was dense and thick making it hard to breathe.
My main problem with the hostel was the cramped kitchen where not only the reception but also the washing machine, dryer and the communal table were squeezed in. There is no separate lounge area to hang out in. This arrangement did nothing for the atmosphere. The male bathroom was inadequately equipped with clothes hooks, stools and looking shabby with an awful choice of tiles. The sanitary equipment such as washing basins, urinal and shower were of good quality and in working order.
Staff were friendly and it’s in a good location, but it was otherwise a bad place to stay. The bathrooms need some serious work (only one shower per gender for the whole floor) and the rooms smelt bad plus bunks had no curtains so no privacy. Only one bright white main room light. Overall not a great experience and my friends and I left after one night. Would not recommend.
The shower on the third floor is unsanitary. The water doesn't flow through the pipes, so it’s a pool you won't want to set foot in. If you need cheap accommodation, this will be enough, but don't came with high expectations.
Sadly one of my least favourite stays. I stayed 4 nights in a 4 bed dorm - the beds have no curtains so privacy is very limited. I was sadly stuck with 3 snoring people - checking in and out on different nights - and did not sleep well a single night. Earplugs did not help it was so loud. I told staff after the first night but other than moving to a bigger room, they were full. A shame as I had high hopes but not worth the amount I spent, and tainted my trip in Seoul. Showers were amazing though
Hostel isn't really a travel hostel. Full of old women getting plastic surgery done in Gangnam, walking around the hostel with their bandages on, bleeding through their gauze and other gross things. The common room for the entire hostel is tiny and consists of only a kitchen and dining table that can seat 8 people. The vibe is pretty bad because of all of the surgery patients, many who don't speak english. Staff is tired and doesn't talk / indifferent to travelers / not helpful. Bathrooms smell.
The staff was really kind and the lockers pretty big. However the staff do your laundry for a real overpriced price. It was around 10€ to make the laundry???? And what if I don’t want onyone folding my underwear?
The hostel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the entrance had a very unpleasant smell, and the room also had a bad odor—different from the one downstairs. The kitchen and dining area were quite small and almost always crowded, which made it hard to use comfortably. On a positive note, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with necessities. The location is great, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. Overall, you get what you pay for...

I was impressed by how friendly and responsive the staff were. The place feels clean, safe and very well managed.
Goid value. Good location. I'll stay there again
I wrote the review & its not posted before. I am re writing it for awareness of others
Clean, people are friendly. Definitely a quieter place to stay. Spacious rooms.

Hostel was very okay, good location!
Nice place with good atmosphere
A little pricier compared to other options, but not surprising because it's in Gangnam. Staff were very kind. Only thing is the vibe is very quiet -- not a very fun place/great place to meet folks.

This hostel has a far quieter atmosphere than others I have stayed in. This is not a bad thing, but for those looking for a place that puts more emphasis on fostering a social or party atmosphere you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise it was kept very clean and it is in a nice, central location. Great stay, overall.
Got a bed in a 6 bed female dorm, top bunk. Luckily, because no key was provided to any of us 6 occupants. Anyone else staying on the floor could enter our room! But it was CHEAP, and seemed to be filled with young people recovering from plastic surgeries, etc. So not really too noisy, thankfully. There is only 1 designated female bathroom on the floor, the other 3 are mixed. So 20+ females on the floor = bit of a queue. Bathrooms were clean, kitchen tiny despite photos, staff nice. Adequate.

It did the job. It's a cramped space. The reception, kitchen, hangout area is the one room. And when I checked in in the evening there were people working on their laptops, but it didn't feel social, only cramped. But I only stayed one night. And just needed a place to sleep in that location. So it did the job. The bunks are basic. No curtains..but there were charging points. And lockers in the room. But no door key to the room. Just a code to get into the building..and the showers were ok.....
very small kitchen, zero space to socialize on the property. rooms were simple, bathrooms and showers were decent. all I needed was a safe place to rest my head and that is what I got!
Good Hostel in Gangnam. The table in the kitchen was always good for meeting people and having nice chats.
No curtains on the bunks but clean enough and in an excellent location. Most importantly, I never ate alone. Will definitely return.
Absolutely incredible hostel. I'm eternally thankful to you guys! I left some of my personal items in the hostel. They were kind enough to allow me to pick them up 2 weeks later. Will definitely look to come back if I'm in Seoul in the future!
Not what it looks like on the pictures but does the job. Not very social as the only communal area is the kitchen which is super tiny (and again doesn’t look like the pictures). There’s only 3 bathrooms (where the shower and toilet is together) shared between lots of rooms so you’re often waiting to use it.
