- Horribles dependencias, todo viejo y sucio. Las camas incómodas, mucho ruido y la pulsera que te dan es una estafa, no existen esos beneficios. El desayuno malo, es un pan un yogurth y un café, por el precio no se justifica. Las habitaciones olían a humedad y puedes escuchar todo lo que hacen los otros huéspedes. He utilizado hostales asi de malos en Italia pero allá cobran 20 euros la noche, aquí cobran demasiado. Malísimo

- pésimo el servicio post reserva, no contestan, no ayudan a resolver problemas, son muy desagradables para atender, no recomiendo que reserven ahí, una experiencia muy desagradable

- Había una cámara en la habitación era un peligro ese lugar
+ En mi estadía en el hostal quedé llena de picaduras de chinches. Una experiencia realmente desagradable. A mi solicitud de devolución de dinero aún no contestaron.
- Our room flooded during the night, with water leaking from a light fixture, making it unsafe. The hotel offered a refund within 7 days, but they failed to process it, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We had to contact the local authorities for them to refund us.

- La chambre H6 (chambre double avec salle de bain privée) est à la limite de l'insalubrité. Il y a une odeur horrible d'humidité, des traces d'humidité de partout dans la salle de bain et sur le plafond au-dessus du lit. Il n'y a pas la possibilité d'aérer la chambre puisque elle donne sur un patio intérieur qui est fermé et donc la chambre ne bénéficie d'aucune lumière naturelle. Le séjour s'est passé dans la pénombre. On a en plus dû subir la musique mise dans le patio de 9h à minuit tous les jours. Ah et aussi, si vous faites plus d'1m80 vous allez vous cogner la tête de partout (escalier en fer de la mezzanine et plafond très bas). Et enfin, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnant pas la première nuit, nous avons dû utiliser les toilettes partagées, sans aucun geste commercial (difference de prix notable entre une chambre avec salle de bain privée et partagée). On a réussi à changer de chambre pour la 3e et 4e nuit mais malheureusement pas pour une chambre double. Mais celle-ci était aérée, lumineuse et sans humidité.
- La habitación era totalmente diferente a la de las imágenes. No solo no tenia ventanas, sino que tenia mucho olor a humedad y estaba pegada a la recepción, cero intimidad. Una estafa!

very lovely staff and the rooms were clean and well-kept and it has a great location!
Staff were really friendly, but the hostel was empty… we stayed as just the two of us in an 8-bed dorm for 4 days. That’s what made me realize I was getting bitten during the night (and I’m almost certain they were bed bug bites!!). After doing a bit of research, I found reports from 2024 mentioning the same issue. Be careful!
Dirty and completely empty
There were not a lot of other backpackers, so unfortunately there was no social vibe at all. The hostel itself seemed very dirty and old, but the bed was comfy. Some of the staff was very nice, some not at all. I arrived very early in the morning and had to wait about an hour in front of the door to be opened (it should open at 8 but the receptionist came at 9) and he did not explain or apologize. That was kind of disappointing.
A fantastic location to explore Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion! Big and comfortable beds, with lots of privacy in the shared rooms. Bathrooms and kitchen were adequate, and shared space and comfortable and colourful. Loved the rooftop!
Decent hostel with a very good location. The hostel was very empty, so there’s was a lack of atmosphere. Staff and beds are super nice

- Väldigt äckligt kök, svartmögel överallt. Flugor och luktar äckligt. Äckliga toaletter med svartmögel där också
+ La información es muy clara sin problema y muy rápido la entrega de las llaves ect
- Que cobran por las toallas los refrigeradores les falta mantención o revisar porque no congelan muy bien el micro honda estaba todo sucio con grasa nunca lo limpian
+ Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo. Atmosfera internazionale. Staff preciso nelle spiegazioni.
- Molto sporco, soprattutto i bagni. Cattivi odori. Stanza senza affaccio (nonostante ci fosse scritto il contrario: ma essendo su strada occorreva tenere tutto chiuso). Ero già stato qui nel 2023, l'ho trovato peggiorato in termini di sporcizia. Va bene per appoggiarsi una notte o due, ma occorre sapere che la situazione in termini di pulizia non è delle migliori
