Staff behind the be bar was super unhelpful and not smiling or welcoming at all! No places to hang up wet clothes after water festival they had taken all over clothes and put in plastic bags overnight so it was super smelly! They have a bed curfew so if you wanna sit and chat chill about the day with your friends be aware not later than 00.

I was put in a mixed dorm even tho I paid for a female dorm. Made me feel as if I was being difficult when I pointed out this issue. Warned female dorm would be loud but I assumed this was music at the bar which starts in the morning, I was woken up at 7am by LOUD hammering and building work. Don’t advertise a female only dorm if you don’t have it/it’s not up to standard. Also pest control were treating the property - who knows what for.

Don’t stay here - rude staff, the rooms don’t have locks on them, and they have bedbugs.

I did like it, but it's a bit expensive for what you get. you're not allowed to bring in your own food or even water because they want you to buy from their restaurant, which is pretty pricey and doesn't have a lot of vegetarian/healthy options. The layout is really good, but there definitely weren't a lot of travelers putting in the effort to connect, so it felt more like a hotel than anything.

Good hostel, well located if you want to party in the Bassac street, nice restaurants and cafes around. The pool is nice too. But it was dirty under the beds, I found a dead cockroach in my bed cover too. Even if they are coming into your room at 7 am to clean the bathroom. (Btw it’s not written anywhere that they are coming at 7 in the morning when a lot of people are sleeping. Maybe a more appropriate hour would be great or just tell de customers?). Otherwise, cool area to gather and enjoy.

Very relaxed hostel and a very nice staff. Unfortunately I got bedbugs, which was really annoying.

The female only dorm is near the bar and you can hear the music very clearly, even when your in the bar the music is still too loud for just a casual evening with not many people around. The room is also very dark and dingy with no windows. Good location but won’t be back here

overall clean and modern, but I don't understand why they have to play loud music from 7:30am to 11pm. My room was right next to the bar and I could hear the music very clearly. If they could just lower the volume would already help so much. The staff was friendly though

I booked here because I was trying to avoid the party atmosphere at mad monkey. When i checked into private room, the floor looked dirty wnd there were cockroaches in the bed that crawled out. I went to reception and they switched me to a nicer room. Everything was fine after that, but i still was uneasy about the cleanliness of the room. Semi social space and the restaurant is convenient but a bit pricer than surrounding places.

Les lits sont plutôt confortable et grand. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt propres, et le personnel est accueillant

Hostel bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and had curtains, staff was friendly, drinks & food were good and reasonably priced!

My stay at Bliss and Beats was great. It’s super nice especially for the price. Nice and close to lots of local food. Tour booking was easy.

Good vibe and location. One of the better hostels I have been quite some time.

Really loved the hostel and the vibe. Downstairs area is filled with games (from board games to pool, darts and fußball) and people socializing. Food is very affordable for the area and very delicious. Bed was hotel style quality and rooms had all the hotel amenities. One of the best hostel experiences I've had in this region, in three months of traveling. And staff are a big part of the reason why! Would 100% recommend to anyone passing through Phnom Penh.

Was a very mixed vibe. Lots of older men and then families with young kids. Got completely over run with children, we were expecting more of a social party hostel vibe. Was inappropriate to have happy hour traffic lights and at the same time kids running everywhere. Food was great, drinks cheap. Room was okay, however lots of baby cockroaches, towels and pillowcases stained, and the aircon didn’t really work. Really like the game facilities. Elevator very handy. Different on booking.com

bien situé, calme et personnel aimable.

Great location, good value for a double room with a pool, quietish street, there was some music from the hostel bar but didn't bother us being on a upper floor, staff friendly and helpful. As they advertise a very social hostel with boardgames, pool table, table football and darts.

Womens Dorm is next to the Bar which makes it very noisy But they will stop the Music before midnight All in all a good Place to stay (There were lots older men)

This hostel has a great atmosphere in the common area! Great place to socialize and grab a drink. On a less positive note, the security wasn’t great. Each day that staff came into my room, they left the door unlocked so anyone from the common area could easily walk into the room and help themselves to anything not in a locker.

Might be the time I went but there was absolutely no one there. Staff were nice. My bed sheets did have some stains on but everything was cleaned often. Food was good kinda on the higher side. But the lack of atmosphere which is why a solo traveler would go somewhere that says it’s a high atmospheric place can see why you would be disappointed.
