- 방에서 와이파이 안 됨! 직원에게 얘기 했더니, 공용공간에서 인터넷 하라고 함! 공용공간 개 더움. 자는데 머리가 축축해서 보니 에어컨에서 물 떨어짐. 새벽이라 직원도 없고 아침에 이야기 하니, 나 보고 에어컨 왜 키고 쟜녜?? 내가 킨 것도 아니고,, 켜져 있었고 그 문제가 아닌데 말이지.. 미안하단 말 없음!! 샤워부스 물 안 빠짐!! 발목까지 물 차오름!

- Nos quartos você ouve barulho externo da rua. Fora o barulho interno das portas batendo e de alguns hóspedes mal educados gritando a noite toda. Homens andando de cueca no corredor de madrugada.

+ Bien situé dans la ville, prêt des transports en commun. Casiers suffisamment gros pour les effets personnels avec clé fournis gratuitement. Salle de bain pour femmes seulement 🙂
- Très bruyant, les gens n'étaient pas respectueux des autres, claquage de portes à répétition, bruit dans les corridor jusqu'à tard le soir. Fenêtre avec orientation vers une rue extrêmement passante. Lit et draps inconfortable. 😑

- lenzuola che attirano la peluria dei pigiami o polvere; Cambiare: tutte le maniglie, i box doccia che non chiudono, in egual modo le porte e finestre che vanno all'esterno poichè si hanno spiragli di vento, gli infissi dentro le porte dei bagni, da cambiare attrezzatura generale di cucina. Sinceramente MI Dispiace per i lavoratori che sono cortesi ma definisco fin troppi per la struttura, dovrebbero aumentare i lavoratori per le pulizie. Mi aspettavo di meglio.
- La struttura si trova nei pressi di un incrocio tra due strade principali, quindi molto trafficate, il che comporta nottati in compagnia di clacson, motori e macchine. Non ho chiuso occhio.

A lovely hostel right in the centre of Palermo! Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when checking in late. The location is excellent, walking distance to all of the main attractions and train station, and was on a main road so felt very safe arriving late. Property was very clean and the room was spacious. It's not the most social hostel, I found it hard to meet other travellers, but don't let this stop you staying there. Only other minor issue is the WiFi is unstable in the bedrooms
Really lovely place! Staff were helpful & kind, terrace was beautiful. Good atmosphere, lots of art and greenery around. Was honestly a little bummed we were only there for two nights, because it would have been a perfect little home base to return to at the end of the day. Authentically sweet place!
it's a good hostel, my favourite in palermo (i stayed at 4). overall good atmosphere and friendly staff. the rooms can be very loud due to street noise, ear plugs are provided 🫶🏻. no curtain for top bunks. I think it would be nice to replace the chairs in the "terrace" with sofas - more comfortable and more community. Also there are no bowls in the kitchen, only plates. easy to fix!

+ Loved everything. The room was huge. The bathroom was huge. Lots of amenities provided. Breakfast was great for the price. Great kitchen. Cheap beer available to buy - comes with snacks. We absolutely loved the place. Location was easy to get to - we arrived by train from Naples. We got another train from Central to Lolli and walked 5mins. Cost €2 each. Would absolutely stay again. Great accommodation for a family.

+ The room was very simple but spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was large enough. The location is great – you can reach the historic center in about 20 minutes by foot, and there are good bars, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- The property is located directly on a busy street, which makes it quite noisy, especially due to traffic and frequent honking. There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be a bit challenging. Parking in the evening is very difficult to find. The breakfast was quite basic and limited, and the service, while friendly, was a bit slow.

+ Personale molto attento
- Bagno troppo piccolo essendo condiviso in tanti
+ Big kitchen to cook (with filtered tap water), Good Location(quite close to historic center and bus station to airport), Room size is fair, bed is comfortable. Common area and terrance is spacious.
- Shower Room is a bit small and not much space to put my personal stuff. A big group of young teenagers chatting loudly and run along the corridor until late night during my stay:( Our room still hear the noise even door is closed. (Ear plugs don’t help much…)

+ Super cute hostel, friendly staff, wonderful location! We booked a private room and private bathroom and we really enjoyed our space.
- A tad bit noisy on the street, but it’s Palermo! What were you expecting? Hostel provides free earplugs.

+ Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche, eine schöne Terrasse und sogar ein Yogaraum!
- Das female dorm ist recht klein, wenn alle 6 Betten belegt sind, wird es ganz schön eng. Im Stockbett kriegt man eigentlich immer die Person über oder unter sich mit, da das Bett bei jeder Bewegung "mitgeht". Frühstück muss man extra bezahlen.
