Estuve esperando 2 horas en recepción, avise que llegaba tarde y nadie apareció, tuve que ir a otro lugar teniendo una reservacion , como es posible que sea un hostel y no hay gente para atender , me voy de helsinki con una mala impresión

Servicio inútil. No saben resolver ningún problema y ni siquiera están disponibles por la noche (y hasta las 11 am no hay nadie) Llegamos y la habitación doble privada que habíamos reservado no podía abrirse la ventana debido a una construcción exterior (bloqueada completamente). Esto fue en plena ola de calor y solo nos dieron un ventilador de 20 años de antigüedad para solucionarlo. Bed Bugs に噛まれました。いくら清掃されてても運次第ではあり得るのは理解できますが、シャワー・トイレもあまり綺麗ではないので、どうかなと思います。

Horrible, dirty, stinky, noisy, old, disgusting, staff are rude, I do not advise.

Bed bugs!!!

Although very covenient location, too expensive for what you get!,! It's just a hostel!!! The worse: it's imposible to turn off lights in the bedrooms at nigth!! Too BAD!!

Also das Zimmer ist dem wir geschlafen haben hat keine Fenster und das war etwas überraschend. Allgemein wirkt es in allen räumen aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Konzept mit Gemeinschaftsraum, Klo, Dusche und Küche passt, ist aber nicht so ganz mein Geschmack. Mit Fenstern im Schlafzimmer wäre es eine Empfehlung meinerseits, da u.a. auch die sehr zentrale Lage alles fußläufig gut erreichbar macht.
