It's allowed to smoke in the room. I complained about it, they did not much. Lockers don't work. I don't recommend it.
Terrible hostel and terrible location.
Do not stay here. I found bed bugs and left. Was told they would refund me and I have not seen that money and probably never will. Awful experience overall.
The place was far from the city center, and the food was unfit for human consumption. The reception staff were unwilling to help if I needed it.

My flight was delayed. Arrived at midnight and the hostel was locked. I wasn’t able to get in and didn’t sleep that night. Ostello Torino has not answered calls or replied to emails.
the building was industrial, eerie and poorly maintained. it's far outside the center next to a train station connected to the main stations in turin. we had an ant infestation in our room, luckily the people came to fix it that morning, the poison powder laid in our room for the next few days.
Der Boden war schmutzig, die Matrazen und die Kissen auch. Alles war schmuddelig und ungepflegt.
The floor was dirty, the mattresses and the pillows were dirty, everything was dirty and unkempt.
Je ne peux recommander cette auberge. Laissée sur le parking recommandé par l'auberge, notre voiture a été vidée en 15 minutes, le temps de venir s'enregistrer! Ils ont tout pris: valises, ordi, disque dur, appareil photos.... La douche était bouchée, les sanitaires, salle de bain était vraiment limite niveau propreté. Le personnel n'a pas été désagréable mais clairement pas aidant au vu de la situation. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de biens et de souvenirs.
I can't recommend this hostel. left on the parking recommended by the hostel, our car was emptied in 15 minutes, time to come check in! they took everything: suitcases, order, hard drive, camera.... the shower was clogged, the toilets, bathroom was really limit level of cleanliness. the staff was not unpleasant but clearly not helpful given the situation. we lost a lot of possessions and souvenirs.
Siamo venuti per il c2c, posizione comoda per il lingotto, ma inizialmente il personale in maniera poco simpatica ci aveva avvertito che il ponte sarebbe stato chiuso di notte (informazione non aggiornata perché poi era aperto). L’ostello in generale era molto sporco e pieno di ragnatele, la stanza e il bagno in comune non erano da meno. Colazione scarna al punto che mancavano anche i piatti e abbiamo appoggiato le cose direttamente sulla tovaglietta.
We came for the c2c, a comfortable location for the bullion, but initially the staff had unkindly warned us that the bridge would be closed at night (information not updated because it was open).The hostel in general was very dirty and full of spiders, the common room and bathroom were not lacking.

Sono rimasto in struttura solo per la notte, e non ho avuto modo di esserci anche a colazione per via del volo, quindi la mia recensione si basa solo su questo. Bel posto e punto strategico vicino la stazione treni. L’unica pecca, gli armadietti interni alle stanze non utilizzabili, igiene doccia da rivalutare.
I stayed in the accommodation alone for the night, and I didn't even have a chance to have breakfast because of the flight, so my review is based solely on this. nice location and strategic point near the train station. only pecca, the internal lockers in the rooms not usable, hygiene doccia da rivalutare.

The cheapest accommodation in Torino. And that's the usefulness of this place. Bad breakfast, went in with low expectations, but I wouldn't call it a breakfast or meal in any shape or form.

Gostei muito do atendimento da recepção principalmente do atendimento da kika, o ponto negativo é que tinha um hóspede que eu acho que sempre hospeda-se no Hostel, que falava e ressonava muito alto enquanto dormia, eu acho que ele é sonâmbulo ou tem algum problema mental.
I really liked the reception service mainly the kika service, the negative point is that I had a guest who I think always stays at the Hostel, who talked and resonated very loudly while sleeping, I think he is sleepwalking or has some mental problem.
Tutto perfetto, personale molto gentile, colazione inclusa, il che è davvero un vantaggio! Non c'è la cucina, ma consiglio questo posto tranquillo e allo stesso tempo facilmente raggiungibile dal centro città! Grazie di tutto.
Everything is perfect, very friendly staff, breakfast included, which is really an advantage! there is no kitchen, but I recommend this quiet place and at the same time easily reachable from the city center! thank you for everything!
A l'arrivée les places dans les chambres n'étaient pas conformes à la moyenne. Un autre occupant de la chambre c'est glissé dans les drap d'un de mes élèves pendant son absence! Celui ci a du dormir sans draps. Le mode de construction d'un village olympique semble plus relever de l'habitat jetable que durable!
When we arrived the seats in the rooms were not in line with the average. another occupant of the room slipped into the sheets of one of my students during his absence! he had to sleep without sheets. the way an Olympic village is built seems to be more about disposable than sustainable habitat!
Good Hostel for the price. Train is not that far away. Clean Room with the basics included. Check out a little early at 10:00, 11:00 would be better for drinkers.

Very pleasant hostel next to Pista Fiat500 and to MUSEO NAZIONALE DEL AUTOMOBILE. Good breakfast, very friendly staff and possbiility to use the dining room with fridge, hot water boiler and micro-wave oven, pleasant outdoor area and pleasant guests who are easy to get in contact with. Rooms very basic, but nice and clean.

El desayuno riquísimo. Si bien está lejos del centro, tiene buena ubicación pra el transporte público y para supermercados. El lugar es limpio, con Aire Acondicionado, fresco y Andrea es muy gentil.

Insgesamt bekommt wann was man bezahlt hat. Mit zwei Einschränkungen: Die Klimaanlage läuft nur auf Nachfrage und dann nur auf Volllast und sie wird um 23 Uhr abgestellt. Ich war bei großer Hitze da. Da war das schlecht. Das Frühstück war auch klar unterdurchschnittlich. Wenigsten ordentliches Müsli und z.Bsp. Jogurt oder Obst hätte ich erwartet. Das wäre nicht teurer als das was da war, würde aber deutlich besser schmecken.
Overall gets what you paid for. with two limitations: the air conditioning runs on demand only and then only on full power and it's turned off at 11pm. i was in a lot of heat. that was bad. the breakfast was also clearly below average. least decent cereal and e.g. yogurt or fruit i would have expected. that would not be more expensive than what was there, but would taste much better.
