The water was turned off every evening, which made showers or using the sink and toilet frustrating. The kitchen had no equipment but is pretty good for cutting fruit or making a cup of coffee. The area was dirty and no where close to an 8 star rating. The staff were there but very disinterested. The location is great but the price is way too high for this not so nice hostel..

The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at! I wish I listen to the other reviews, the staff are very unfriendly, the bathrooms are vile. The shower does not work, there was a constant awful smell in the room, the sink leaked everywhere and they ran out of water. How is it possible to run out of water when you run hostel full of guests. AVOID STAYING HERE!!!

Great location but hostel it’s self is extremely basic and not well kept. Bathroom was not cleaned the whole three nights we stayed, floors constantly wet due to leaks and toilet paper never replenished by staff. There is no shop/bar at the hostel however water dispenser that allows for hot and cold water this is the only facility that the hostel offers.

De locatie van het hostel is erg fijn: net buiten het centrum maar wel op 3 min lopen. Jammer dat er 1 badkamer per kamer (8 personen) is. Meubilair op balkon was kapot en onbruikbaar. Kamers waren best vies of roken naar zweet. Fijn dat er koud drinkwater was in de keuken en personeel was aardig.

When I was there the hostel looked nothing like on the pictures. The beds were fine. But the bathroom was gross. It was covered in hairs, the sink didn’t seem cleaned in a while. That could be coincidence, but in the three days we were there it was not cleaned. Also the shower curtain was covered in mold and I don’t think that’s something that just happens overnight. Really disappointed with our stay at this hostel. The room we were given was nothing like the pictures - big room but had old mattresses stacked in the corner, random workout equipment, peroperosnal belongings in the bed drawers and used pants in the bathroom. Staff were not very friendly and the hostel dog looked very poorly and has a wound which staff didnt care about. Good location but overall was an uncomfortable stay.

The staff were so lovely and helpful at this hostel - helping us book a taxi to our next place. Also, the location was fantastic. Located on the beach you can see turtles and sardines by renting snorkels and going out the back door. Furthermore, the hostel became very sociable after a couple of days. However, the hostel needs a bit of love. We found six cockroaches in our private room and ended up renting an airBnB to get away from them.

Die schlimmste Unterkunft, die wir hier auf den Philippinen erlebt haben. Uns ist bewusst, dass es sich um eine preiswerte Unterkunft handelt, dies rechtfertigt jedoch nicht den Zustand des Zimmers (wir hatten das Privatzimmer). Kakerlaken im Badezimmer, es tropfte an mehreren Stellen von der Decke, unangenehmer Gestank. Das einzig positive: die Klimaanlage funktionierte und die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten direkt vom Hostel zum Sardine Run schwimmen.

Im Zimmer waren Arbeiten ohne, dass wir bescheid wussten. Unsere Sachen wurden einfach in ein anderes Bett gelegt. Das Dach war undicht, es hat reingeregnet. Das Bad war eine Zumutung. Es hat gestunken, das Klopapier war nach jeder „Reinigung“ klitschnass und die Reinigung bestand daraus alles einmal nass zu machen ohne es zu trocknen.

Location is quite nice, but didn't like this hostel overall . Ensuite bathroom was very dated and not quite clean, also 1 bathroom for 8 people was sometimes quite a puzzle. No lights in the bunks. Found a bug in my sheets the first night (sheets also weren't really clean) so asked for new sheets the second night. They did change them, but the new pair of sheets had dirty spots on them again. Another girl in my dorm had ants in her bed. Curtains of the dorm beds didn't close all the way either.

Such a shame because it has so much potential - honestly some paint in the dorms would drastically improve the appearance of the dorm. It looks unfinished, dated and not ready. I also think a DEEP clean is needed. Most beds in my dorm did not have a working light, I requested one from reception and was given one.

Location amazing - easy access to everything! Room was unfortunately quite worn down and had a musty smell.

Chill place literally at the beach. You can go snorkling right from the Hostel. They rent gear and yhere are corals just in front of the hostel.

I loved this place! The view on the ocean was on point. Everyone was so friendly and the bed were pretty comfortable.

Would really recommend this hostel. In a great location right on the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. Dorm was really spacious and clean, and hot shower in the bathroom. Can also book activities like canyoneering through the hostel

I really love the place. The beach just in front. So you can swim anytime you like. Then the staff are so nice. They help me with what i need. Plus, the beds are so comfy and they got a curtain for privacy. The toilet is also clean which i really prefer when traveling. Would love to come back.

This hostel is only about the view. Everything after that is a let down. Please fix the squeaky bathroom door in the mixed dorm it wakes people up!

I spent one night there and it was okay, but the air conditioner leaked onto my bag, all my clothes were wet, and no one from the hostel offered to refund me or cover the laundry costs. The soundproofing was very poor, and the people in my room were note very kind during my stay.

The front desk was often not staffed which was a bit annoying, they’re nice people tho Other than that, having a kitchen is amazing and the sunsets right from home were so good, the sea life right in front of the hostel is also mind blowing, turtles and colourful coral and fish all over the place Over all amazing

Everything was just okay. And the was a guest dog inside the room on their bed. The dog would bark and growl each time I came in.

Really cosy hostel right on the beach. Was stunning. The staff was nice and i felt at home. Only a few minute walk to the busy part. Felt very safe here. Bed was comfy. Free coffee and water. Only downside was the bathroom door was squeaking loud so woke you up at night. Plus 4 rude Indian guys in my room talking at 6am waking us up, and being loud till 8am when they finally left, but thats just how they always are.

Ostello con terrazza sul mare e accesso diretto alla spiaggia, poco più in là si può già vedere la sardine run senza dover prenotare nulla. Camera spaziosa con armadietti e bagno interno, patio e cucina a disposizione. Comodo per mangiare la sera e tranquillo la notte
