- Das bestätigte Zimmer wurde nicht gegeben, wir wurden hingehalten auf ein besseres Zimmer am nächsten Tag. Am nächsten Tag machte der Besitzer den Vorschlag, die Reservierung zu stornieren und wollte die Bezahlung in Bar abwickeln . Die Kreditkarte akzeptierte er nicht - wegen 7% Kommission . Ich wollte am 2.1.2026 den Aufenthalt auf 5 Tage beschränken, worauf er aggressiv wurde und mich bedrohte! Ich wisse nicht , wer er ist! Meine Frau und ich hatten richtig Angst vor diesem Iraner, der offenbar unzurechnungsfähig war und haben unsere Koffer gepackt und haben fluchtartig die Finca verlassen. Auf dem Weg zum Auto wollte der Iraner sich noch entschuldigen, aber das haben meine Frau und ich nicht akzeptiert. Im Hotel waren noch Gäste, die alles mitbekommen haben. Es war für uns der reine Horror. Wir haben das Hotel am 2.1.2026 gegen 20.00 Uhr verlassen. Meine Frau hat am ganzen Körper gezittert vor Angst. Wir haben einen Teil des agressiven Verhaltens de Iraners Mayib auf Video aufgenommen, ebenso die Beleidigungen seiner Frau gegenüber meiner Frau und wir sind sehr interessiert an einer Aufarbeitung und Auswertung dieser Vorfälle und erheben Schadensersatz bzw.die Rückzahlung des letzten Tages in Höhe von COP 356.000. Für Rücksprachen stehen wir jederzeit zur Verfügung.

+ La finca tiene una vista espectacular, ubicada cerca al centro pero lo suficientemente lejana del ruido. Es una casa bonita, con jardines hermosos, perfecto para quien busca paz y tranquilidad.

- Nos cobraron impuestos adicionales qué no estaban en el precio final de Booking. El administrador explicó que porque somos colombianos nos corresponde pagar impuestos adicionales y que es un error de Booking no advertirlo.

+ This is a rustic and quirky place to stay very much part of nature. It has beautiful views and fantastic gardens. Lots of birds and other creatures. Owner kindly gave out lots of information and had bird books available. Remember to bring your own shower gel and conditioner. Meals a little inconsistent.
- There were lots of dead bugs and live ones in our room on arrival ( we carefully placed the live ones outside the room) To be fair we arrived very early and the owner let us have our room early and probably didn't have time to check the room. Only place in Columbia we stayed where there is a charge for using a credit card.
+ There are comfortable cabins with lush greenery around, the breakfast is decent and Majid is there to help with questions and suggestions for Manizales. The room got cleaned every other day.
- I moved to this place from another hotel because I was looking for quiet and good WiFi. I asked Majhid beforehand about these two things and was told that the wifi is good and the place is quiet. Apparently there's no reception in the rooms, only in the common living area, and although the place Is far from the highway there are loud barking dogs and loud chickens roaring at 5 am. Majhid helped me with the wifi but a more honest approach would've been better. Also the large bird cage and the small chicken coup with 6 chickens stuck inside felt unnecessary.

+ Loved this place. Incredible views from a wonderful garden. A really nice simple and sociable dinner with the other guests and a fantastic hike with the owner to a trout farm during our one day in Manizales.

+ Die ganze Familie und das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer sehr bemüht. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Alles war perfekt eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Zudem ein farbenfroher Garten am Hang mit vielen Vögeln.
- Die Lage der Finca ist etwas abgelegen, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Aber das weiß man ja bereits bei der Buchung.
+ We highly enjoyed our stay here. The view is amazing, the hospitality is perfect. I would recommend also stay for dinner, since the food was very good. Very peaceful, beautiful place.
+ The rooms and atmosphere are terrific with a very attentive owner who is a sincere and likable man with excellent English. The sunsets are amazing as well as the gardens! Set on a hillside each room is a standalone cottage, some with a steam room. Each cottage has its own wraparound porch to view the hillside gardens and valley below. If dining on site, meals are simple and delicious especially the vegetarian dishes. On the edge of Manizales, the beds are warm and comfortable without and city traffic noise which is a big bonus feature. The view is simple astounding and the warmth and openness of the owner creates a community among his guests who get to share the view among new friends.
- The location is in a safe middle class neighborhood and the short entry road was under repair by the city
+ Our cabin had a beautiful view. The property is lush with flowers and trees. It’s quite stunning.
- Really, there was nothing we didn’t like. Majid is a terrific host and took very good care of us; very accommodating.

This place is incredible! The views are stunning, beautiful flowers everywhere, it is quiet and safe for a solo female traveler, the rooms were very comfortable and the meals were healthy and delicious. The owner is very nice and gave advice about where to check out in Manizales and nearby. I will definitely be back if I come back to Manizales!! I was only supposed be to be here 2 days and ended up extending my trip here another 2 days because I liked it so much. 10/10, highly recommend!

+ Einfach wunderschön paradiesisch. Sehr gepflegte Unterkünfte eingebettet in zauberhafte Natur und sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt um 14 Tage verlängert 😀
