I have observed that It’s always the filipino guests who are not obeying the universal hostel rules. The girl literally ate shawurma inside the dorm although I asked her not to do that, and worked on her laptop until 2 am keeping the light on. It’s a big cultural shock for many european guests. The hostels need to be wary of their filipino guests but even the filipino receptionist didn’t care about other people’s right to a quiet communal space and he watched his tiktok videos out loud!
NOTHING like the pictures, more of a rathole. First and LAST visit!
Too expensive for what you get. Bed does not have curtains or individual lights. Does not provide soap and shampoo. No lockers inside rooms. Will not stay again.

Even for 1 night after the flight I found it very nice.
Verhältnismässig teuer für die Leistungen die man erhält. Man muss für vieles extra zahlen (Tücher, Gepäckaufbewahrung) obwohl es in den Leistung aufgeführt wird. Better haben keine Vorhänge. Räume eher lieblos eingerichtet dafür gross. Klimaanlage sehr kalt eingestellt. Internet eher langsam. Man erhält für den Preis bessere Unterkünfte in Manila.
Private double room: Smelly bedsheets, tiny, but the worst is the noise, it basically feels like sleeping in the middle of a busy street. Rooftop terrace isnt really a terrace but more of a bird cage. Staff is friendly though and hostel is located in a safe area.
Hostel seemed clean but I was bitten by bedbugs here. There is a security guard 24/7 but in my two nights there someone had their bag stolen by a room mate (the hostel was very helpful in assisting the individual) and someone else had a stranger knocking on their door asking for money. A positive is that they have a decent lounge that they are happy to let you wait in if you have an early flight (I arrived at Ola at about 6am).
Nice hostel but my private room was quite dirty. Hairs all over the floor and bathroom not very clean.
Check before going if they have WiFi. I stayed there for 2 nights, 3 days and every day they would say that “hopefully today” the WiFi was going to be fixed. But some people who got there a few days earlier than me, were told the same thing since their day 1. So at some point it felt like they were lying to us. So in order to plan my next steps, I always had to be out of the hostel in a cafe that had WiFi, which took many hours of my time to visit the city
Very much okay, no more. Music was loud until late, yet very little people partying at night, area didn’t feel too safe but there was a security guard at the entrance which felt somewhat reassuring. The dorms did not have any curtains. The food was quite good tho! Good for short stay I guess!

Very nice , very clean , area also secure, close to every attraction with LTR or Grab you can manage . Most important the staff is very nice . Thanks to Marc and whole team , always helped
Had a good one night stay there between my flights and my ferry. Very nice and helpful stuff especially Mark who is very kind and gave me some good advice
Le rooftop est top, il y a une belle vue sur la ville, on peut manger sur place aussi et boire un coup c'est top. Après niveau couchage j'ai choisi le moins cher, dortoir a 6 sans rideaux au lit on a vraiment de la proximité avec les autres et zéro intimité faut en être conscient :)
After level sleeping I chose the cheapest, 6 bedroom with no curtains to bed on a really close proximity with others and zero privacy you have to be aware of it :)

Good stay just wish the bed had a curtain. Lovely staff and was able to check out at midnight to catch my flight.
We had a great stay at Ola. It was in an area that felt safe and had options for food. It was a cheap grab ride from the airport and close to two train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was relatively clean. We stayed in a female dorm, it was comfortable enough with a spacious room, lockers and a bathroom inside the room. They have a great happy hour and the bar area upstairs was good for meeting people and just chilling during the day.

no atmosphere whatsoever, location was horrible no social aspect bathroom was muggy and 100° inside and wasn’t very clean. staff where nice enough
I stayed more than 1 month in the philippines and this was my base every time i had to come to manila. Located near vito Cruz lrt between the modern districts of makati and Fort bonifacio and the old Town of intramuros and Chinatown. Laundry and drying service available. Happy hour every day in the wonderful rooftop. Last but not least the staff. All of them so helpful and kind but I have to mention Nicole, probably the nicest receptionist you Will ever meet.
The location has to be the best thing about this hostel, with a tram station near by. No curtains. The breakfast described is not included. Great happy hour at the bar.
There is not much of a hostel atmosphere and they do not organise anything specific. It’s just the room. Lot of older people also reside long term in the hostel which removes from the hostel vibes. Staff is great but there are definitely better hostels
Staff ignoring one when checking in, energy in general very cold and unsocial also with the fellow backpackers
Really liked this hostel in Manila! The surrounding area is quite nice by Manila standards, lots of green and tree-lined streets and heaps of street food vendors; also very close to Vito Cruz LRT station, which is a very cheap way of getting around. The rooftop bar is really nice, met some awesome people there - unlimited free drinks from 6-7pm each night is a great perk. Dorm beds were actually really comfortable and the staff were super knowledgeable. My only complaint is little common space n...
The room was massive which was really good for a six person dorm. Very hot in both the bedroom and the bathroom but both were nice and clean. Only stayed one night and was not in the property for very long but the location seemed good. Not the hostel for you if you want a social atmosphere however.

Great place, staff and affordable. The place is clean. Location is a bit distance from landmarks but very centralized to commute everywhere. Atmosphere is great when a lot of people booked and quiet when there’s few. Great karaoke room. Reasonable price for drinks. I didn’t see an elevator.

Everything was kinda old. The AC was just loud but really wasn’t doing anything except dripping on the outlet. The room was tiny and not clean, there were a lot of ants and cockroaches as well, in the common area was some trash no one of the stuff seem to take care about. The electricity went down, also during stay water did not work for hours at all and they did not provide any buckets or so… since I paid 18€ a night I ask for a discount, unfortunately only got a free beer.. would not rec...
