La Casa Dilijan

- Struttura sporca. Bagni indecenti. Caos ovunque. Sembrava uno squat. Sembravano esserci solo due uomini e bottiglie di alcol in giro. Da viaggiatrice sola, non mi è piaciuto arrivare in un posto simile e, non sentendomi sicura, ho fatto la borsa e sono andata via.

- Несвежее белье, запах от плохо постиранного белья и сырости, грязный санузел. На вопрос, почему бы вам не вызать клининг перед тем как заселять людей, хозяин ответил, что работает так и это его дело. Пришлось выселяться, так как там невозможно было жить и искать жилье в тот же день. Рекомендация хозяину уважительнее относится к своим клиентам и своему бизнесу!

+ Close to the center

- The guesthouse is directly next to the highway, so it was incredibly loud. At night it was 6°C, but the house wasn't heated. The bathroom was dirty

+ I’m travelling by bicycle and the owner helped me out with the bicycle and the bags. There’s a full-equipped kitchen.

- Not a safe place for female travellers. The curtain of my bed was suddenly opened by a half naked man (not a guest) that entered in the room at night. That’s completely unacceptable.

+ The location is ok.

- Bad smell from the toilet, kitchen sink, matress… dirt and stains were everywhere!

+ Good location and best (at the time) budget price in Dilijan

- It wasn't very clean and had little space for socializing.

+ The place is ok. To start with the positive: the room was good, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets, enough space. The staff was ok, not unfriendly, but nothing out of the ordinary. I had two good nights of sleep, that's the most important thing, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

- The bathroom is really not clean, which was bothersome for me. I think my boyfriend didn't care too much, but for me it just wasn't comfortable and I didn't enjoy it. The accommodation is next to a road, which gives a bit of noise, but with the window closed it's doable.

+ La comunicación con el dueño fue muy efficaz y fácil, él es amable y muy disponible. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario, la cocina está bastante equipada y hay dos baños. Ubicación muy buena y cómoda para ir andando hacia el centro histórico.

- Si hay que encontrar un defecto, diría que el estado de limpieza (sobretodo de los baños) no era optimal.

+ Vista molto bella sulla vallata di Dilijian.

- La struttura si trova proprio sulla strada in discesa senza la possibilità di parcheggio e senza marciapiede, quindi per arrivare in centro bisogna camminare tra le macchine che sfrecciano in curva. Non ci sono state fornite le Chiavi della stanza (l’host ha sorvegliato comunque la stanza), servizi igienici da rivedere in quanto senza riscaldamento.

+ Уютный гостевой дом с хорошим расположением на въезде в город. Кухня со всем необходимым для готовки еды. Чистота в номерах и санузле. Гостеприимный хозяин. Отличный вариант за свои деньги.

+ I love the spot of the hostel. Like Feng shui . Good vibes /beautiful scenery ,where you can go down the stairs to find a river . The staff is super helpful and always has a smile on his face . Cheerrs

+ Friendly and helpful staff, coffee shop with great food, clean rooms, separated area for woman and man, good location with bank, market and grocery shops nearby.
