+ Todo en general está bien, la atencion personal de la Sra. Elvira con su apoyo y asesoría, y la comodidad, seguridad del hostal hizo que mi viaje fuera excelente

+ La limpieza y horarios se cumplían muy bien

+ clean room and kind receptionist at the front desk. they did not have a full kitchen but there was a electric kettle so it was nice to be able to make tea and have hot water whenever needed. the shower was not bad too

+ Ubicación muy cerca de la playa, transporte publico y del centro. Muy tranquilo y para descansar solo o con la familia. Wifi exelente

+ Me gustó la ubicación, fue muy facil recorrer la ciudad desde allí. Un hostal súper tranquilo y limpio. Se siente muy segura. Estuvo bien poder cocinar algo así de facil en la cocina y que había café/té por las mañanas. Además, la señora que trabaja allí en la recepción era súper amable.

+ It was relatively clean. Most of the staff were friendly enough. One of the owners was nasty. The bed was uncomfortable to the point the bed frame was pressing up against my spine. Insufficient water pressure and no hot water to bath with. Easy to find much better, closer to the beach with better facilities for around the same price. No natural sunlight in the morning...so overall, the place sucked.

+ This hotel is quite convenient, located a few blocks away from the bus terminal that leads to the airport and from the ferry terminal that leads to Cozumel. It has all that one needs: hot water in the shower, it is very very clean and it is silent at night time so one can have a good rest. There are a lot of restaurants and small business nearby where you can get a coffee, or a good breakfast, the beach is also a few blocks away. There is a common kitchen and in the morning you can prepare some coffee or tea. The personnel in the reception was always kind and answer all our questions with a smile, also when I arrived I got some help to carry my suitcase from the boy in the reception

- I was a bit worried whn I learned that the hotel is not on the ground floor as I was carrying a big suitcase but the boy in te reception help us manage this issue

+ Price was more or less ok.

- Kitchen's utilities weren't the best and small, Basic

+ buen desayuno, y atienden muy bien
