Bendito Hostel

Cada persona que da una reseña con 10 estrellas recibe un café gratis. Eso me parece mentiroso del hostal.

Forcing guests to make a reservation in the street rather then simply allowing them to enter the hostel and book a stay is an incredibly unwelcoming and unnecessary method of greeting a potential customer. Receptionist became incredibly condescending with me for trying to provide productive feedback over this issue. She later accused me of locking the door of the hostel room, telling me that wasn’t allowed- found that to be very hypocritical given their claimed concerns about security..

Unfortunately there is zero atmosphere and everything seems super cold. I did not enjoy my stay there and moved. It's definitely not a Backpackers Hostel. Though the house is cool and could be a great place

My experience at this hostel was disappointing due to the staff’s indifference. Upon arrival, I was told there was no internet and early check-in wasn’t allowed, even with an extra payment. Later, at check-in time, I was informed the hostel was only accepting cash, which wasn’t communicated beforehand, leaving me unable to check in as I planned to pay with a card. The lack of clear communication and unhelpful staff made for a frustrating stay. I won’t be returning.

The reception is totally unfriendly, and maybe they are fully booked, so they find a reason refuse my reservation.They are local thinking people and can not speak english well.And speak rudely maybe up to where people is from. It is a pity to book there,but still hope you are lucky when live here

Buen lugar, mala atención.

un buen hostel en cuanto a limpieza impecable, lugar agradable. no me gustó la atención, el cobro que se realizó de impuestos adicional al que ya habia cancelado a través de la aplaplicacion, no hubo disposición por parte del hostel. Por ese motivo fue una experiencia no tan buena y la atención no fue la esperada. lamentable.

This hostel is overrated, compared to other hostels in Bogota ( I was in 3 different ones). In the dorms the other roommates turned the light on at 8a.m without taking in consideration the others that sleep. I also booked a private room and when I wanted to bring a Colombian girl that I dated the hostel worker that worked in the reception told me that it’s impossible !! She told me that I have to pay for another guest event if it’s not for the night ! I decided to pay and she asked for the ...

A nice stay but some inconveniences

Excelente ubicacion, habitaciones confortables, personal del Hostel muy amables.

Solid location if you want to be in Teuaquillo or walk to Chapinairo like I did. Also it's about 20 to 30 minutes from the airport so I stayed here to catch my flight out. The beds are VERY comfortable and I loved the hot water. It's a very quiet hostel so if you want a party hostel you'll have to find another hostel. The staff was a mix of hot and cold. Most members were warm and friendly while a few did the bare minimum. Many good restaurants nearby for food.

Very good place to stay, the neighborhood is very nice and calm.

Super! Me gusta que usen luces cálidas en lugar de las regulares luces blancas. Me gustaría haberme quedado más tiempo, pero fue solamente una noche. El staff fue bastante amable y la locacion es tranquila.

The hostel is located in a very safe area, nearby a big supermarket. The staff is kind and the hostel itself has very nice common areas. They were very kind to allow us to keep our bags before our check in. We absolutely loved our private room. We recommend 🇵🇹

A nice stay but some inconveniences

Bendito Hostel tem uma estrutura excelente! Fiquei no quarto para dez pessoas e foi super confortável e com privacidade. As áreas do hostel são ótimas e sempre limpas. Chuveiro quente e com boa pressão. As meninas do staff são umas queridas e sempre atenciosas. Recomendo!

très bien dans l'ensemble mais une des réceptionniste, n'était pas sympathique mais à part elle, c'était sympa. beaucoup de bruit de la rue depuis les chambres

O hostel é muito bonito, limpo e organizado, em geral gostamos muito da estadia. Entretanto, tivemos um problema com a água quente, o que infelizmente é algo muito sério considerando o clima frio da cidade de Bogotá. Nosso quarto só tinha água gelada (nada natural, gelada MESMO), e acabamos ficando todos doentes. Nos últimos dias, conseguimos tomar banho no 3° andar, único andar com água quente, mas já estávamos sofrendo com o resfriado. O resto foi ótimo 😊

Un lugar muy agradable y limpio. Las instalaciones muy lindas. El personal muy amable, atento a las necesidades del huésped, y muy alegres. Están en una muy buena ubicación. Super recomendable. Espero regresar pronto.

Second stay at Bendito, another great one, Milena and her team awesome and love hanging out in Parkway with a beer when the sun's shining. Such a clean hostel. Comfy beds too! I'll be back like Arnie! x

Really nice hostel, had such a great time, great area of the city and relaxed! Milena at reception was amazing, also such a great vibe and ready with great advice. I'll be back!

When I arrived I was not shown around, nothing was pointed out, kitchen, washing machine, common spaces, facilities any information?? I complained about the air freshener in the toilet. It was so strong I felt poisoned. The receptionist barely spoke to me for the rest of my stay. After the first night, very loud building work started. Directly below me. Not only this but for a few hours they even asked me not to move around! They should NOT have booked this room.
