+ Never they fixed my damaged whit my tv , I felt very bad all the time because of crew never says hello, my experience y bad and I don’t recommend this hotel, exist better hotels in the area whit better attention and better location, place, accommodation, finally who read my comment is better you not go there

+ SCAM - WE DON'T LIKE NOTHING

- Terrible experience from start to finish. When we arrived, they gave us a different room than the one we booked (we had reserved a suite, but they put us in a standard room without telling us). When we asked for the room we had booked, they said it was “under repairs” because they were working on the terrace. They still assigned us that room, and the next morning we found workers inside doing construction. Completely unacceptable. The reception staff is useless and unfriendly — they don’t help and don’t even greet you when you come back. This hotel is sold as a 5-star, but it’s nowhere near that standard. It honestly feels like a scam. We asked for a partial refund for all the problems, and they laughed and said they’d “gift” us one free night on a future stay — ridiculous, since we live on the other side of the planet and would never stay here again. The room was dirty and smelled of mold. Poor pressure of water. It’s a shame because the building itself isn’t bad, but with staff and management like this, everything becomes a nightmare. Avoid this hotel.

+ La limpieza. Todos los días hacían limpieza en la habitación, la señora que nos atendió muy amable por igual el joven que nos tocó como mesero, muy amable nos hizo buenas recomendaciones acerca de las playas

- Los encargados del hotel, tipos muy groseros. En la mañana tuve una emergencia con ellos y nunca me contestaron, uno de ellos estaba fumando marihuana afuera del hotel en vez de estar atendiendo la recepción. Pésimo el servicio Son despectivos con los mexicanos La televisión estaba adentro de un closet No había cortina en el baño No había jabón de barra Muy caro por lo que ofrecen Te tratan como si les estuvieras pidiendo un favor El hotel está diseñado para parecer agradable pero no lo es Esta bien para pasar la noche y no más

- Quarto barulhento, ao lado da lavanderia. Cafe da manha fraco, nao havia sequer café sem açúcar. As fotos são enganosas, o hotel é velho e minúsculo.

- The shower was freezing cold, we reported this to reception and they did nothing to help. Staff were very unhelpful and didn’t seem to know how to deal with guests asking questions. We paid for a late check out, I then went to double check the morning of check out and they told me this was not possible although they previously confirmed on an email. They did nothing to accommodate the late check out or apologise as the mistake was on their behalf! Not good value for money, would not recommend or stay again!

+ Ik had dit hotel geboekt vanwege de locatie ten opzichte van het ADO busstation, dit was heel makkelijk lopend te bereiken. Ook had ik via het hotel een taxi besteld om me van het vliegveld lp te halen, dat was erg goed geregeld!

- Ik kwam eind van de middag aan na een hele lange reisdag, en wilde vroeg gaan slapen. Muziek van het hotel stond tot 22:00 zo hard dat het leek alsof er een speaker in de kamer stond.

+ Everything was very cool,hotel is small and cozy,very nice stuff,room big and comfortable!!! Pool very sweet,location is very good,close to city centre and 10 min with taxy to the hotel zone. Very cool place💙

+ Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit Badewanne.

- Der Pool ist winzig und schmutzig. Durch das dazugehörige Restaurant riecht es überall nach Essen, was eher unangenehm ist. In der Nacht war es wahnsinnig laut im Flur. Ich habe für 1 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind gebucht: vor Ort hieß es "only adults". Wir konnten aber netterweise bleiben.

+ Classy renovation w great a/c in a cosy green setting. My room was an enormous suite done in a contemporary classic style w own private terrace and huge bathroom w walk in glass monsoon shower. Breakfast is simple and stylish. Pool is tiny but designed like an open cenote and a great area to chill with your tunes or a book. Beach towels provided in room. Location pleased me a lot - far from hotel zone (15 min bus to beach 🤷‍♂️) but heart of old Cancun w dozens of diverse restaurants and coffee shops within ten minutes walk. Very safe area even only 10 mins from bus station.

- Only one thing (which really lets the place down): on check in I paid my room but was charged in Pesos (all their prices are quoted in US Dollars) but at a very disadvantageous rate from USD. They apply a “house FX rate” which effectively bumped up the confirmed rate in USD by another $11 - not huge but the principle is offensive. Charge my card in USD if you quote in USD, or else quote your rates in MEX and charge in MEX!

+ Tudo é bem limpo, gostoso, os lençois são excelentes, meu quarto além de ter um balcão com vista pra piscina ainda tinha vista pra uma arvore florida. Tudo amplo. Pra quem vai de casal tem espaco pra bastante roupa no armario. Sanitario amplo e confortavel. Nada a reclamar. Cafe da manha bom e serviço excelente. Piscina uma delicia tb super relaxante

- Nada. Tudo excelente. LocaliAcao pratica Estacionamento no entanto era na rua embora dissesse que tinha.. Mas ha vagas e é um trecho com pouco movimento.

+ Es ist ein Hotel mit Jungle Flair im sonst eher hektischen Cancun. Tolle Bar, sehr gute Cocktails, chillige Musik und charmante Atmosphäre. Rundherum viele Restaurants, oxxo Markt usw.

+ RECOMENDADISIMO Dormitorio increíble con varias estancias. Zona de estar enorme con neverita, agua y tés. Dormitorio súper amplio con armario. Terraza enorme con amagas y bañera. Baño muy amplio y grande con 2 lavabos. La zona de desayuno con mucho encanto y el desayuno muy rico con muchas opciones a elegir. Todo súper bonito y cómodo. El personal muy amable.

- Como punto negativo, desde la habitación se escuchaba la música del bar de la esquina.

+ Very nice staff, we left the suitcases for a couple of hours after the check out. The room was very big and beautiful with a nice terrace.

- The only thing that needs to be improved is the flushing system.

+ Fantastiskt fint o annorlunda hotell. Fina rum och fin omgivning på hotellet. Personalen i receptionen var mkt tillmötesgående. Mkt bra läge till restauranger och bussar till stranden.

- Allt va bra.

+ Hôtel sympa et bien placé au centre, pas très loin d’une petite place avec street food, musique, marché le soir.

- Petit déjeuner trop simple et pas très copieux pour notre part. Peut-être avoir la possibilité de prendre du sucré et du salé?
