Not close to the centre at all. Nothing going on in the hostel. Rooms are absolutely tiny. No air conditioning in the night on one of my stays, so everyone was sleeping outside because it was so hot

Small rooms, stayed at a dorm. the beds were ok. the staff came in and out of our room at all times. dirty bathrooms and The showers were disgusting. Did not stay here the entire stay and checked in at a hotel instead.

All in all we expected more from this hostel. The water in the shower was cold and the shower was dirty. The sleeping area is satisfiable. There are much more better and cheaper accommodations where you even have a private room. We really liked Ralph, he was very friendly and helpful in his nightshift!

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het is alleen geen sociaal hostel. En in alle 4 de nachten werd de badkamer niet schoongemaakt en werd het toiletpapier niet bijgevuld.

Last minute booking here and wish I had read reviews first. 6 bed dorm had own bathroom but it didn’t have hot water - and all you want after a 3 day excursion is a hot shower. Traditional sideways bunk beds with curtains leave you exposed to more noise and light pollution than newer capsule style beds. Neat, small common area w someone always there. Laundry is across the street. 10 min walk minimum to anything worth seeing or eating tho. Decent place in a pinch for our 1-night. Would not retu...

No locks on the bedroom door and only 2 lockers for a room of 4 which was tiny. No atmosphere. however, less than 10 min walk to all the restaurants.

We only stayed 1 night at this hostel, it was nice and clean. Rooms were nice and beds were comfy. Not very social.

Quiet hostel and not really social. The staff is friendly and try’s to help you. Not so much to do on that hostel and the breakfast is very simple. The rooms are really small but you have curtains.

Disappointing. We were welcomed by an infestation of ants and a sopping wet floor in our room. There was also a lingering damp smell coming from the wet floor. We spent the duration of stay with cockroaches, caterpillars and a gecko for company in our room. When this was brought to the attention of the staff, they showed little urgency to solve the issues. They promised to clean up the room for us, but this never happened. We debated whether to move hostels, but did eventually spend 2 nights her...

Staff is great! Kind and helpful!

De kamers van de hostel zelf waren netjes. De bedden liggen heerlijk. Sanitair werd ook netjes bij gehouden. En het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een goede keus om te overnachten als je overdag druk bent met andere activiteiten.

Avisala is in the perfect location for staying in Coron! The staff are really friendly and helpful. The air-con was really great also.

Very nice and chill hostel! rooms are really cosy, and bathrooms are modern and clean. staff is really nice and tours can be found 100php less than in other places :) only negative point is that they do not answer to their emails (there are ropes on the 1st floor to hang your clothes which is really nice, but easy to forget when you leave.. I was not the only one in this case, and I could read no one ever got a response by email).

Todo ok pero las piezas muy chicas.

10 min walk from main bit, they did breakfast upstairs in the mornings. The guys on reception were always nice and friendly. The room was a bit small but there was lockers for your bags and spare showers and toilets as it’s ensuit.

Staff were lovely and only 10 minute walk to town centre. However unable to lock doors when going out for the day so anyone could walk in. Only 1 toilet and shower for each gender for the hostel. Ants all through one of the beds. No social atmosphere at all. Small kitchen and often things were unavailable. Not a bad stay for the price but not the best :)

Das Hostel ist wirklich schön sauber, und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist leider nicht optimal, man muss ca 10-15 min ins Zentrum gehen und die Straße zum Hostel ist nicht gut beleuchtet, was in der Nacht nur semi-optimal ist. Der 4-er Dorm war winzig. Hatte zwar ein eigenes Badezimmer aber 0 Platz für Rucksack, Handtuch aufhängen etc. Ich würde beim nächsten mal eher einen größeren Dorm mit mehr Platz buchen. Das Hostel ist auch nicht sehr social.

Tolle Lage, sauber, Möglichkeit dort Frühstück zu kaufen und genug Bäder. Wer einen Roller leihen möchte, besser nicht dort. Nur ein paar Meter weiter, gibt es gute Roller für deutlich weniger. Genauso besser nicht ein TukTuk im Hostel bestellen lassen, lieber vorm Hostel eins nehmen, das ist deutlich günstiger.

The hostel was a little walk out of the centre around 10 minutes to the Main Street with all the restaurants. It had friendly staff. However it wasn’t very sociable and was quite empty in the social area everytime I went to it. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom.

I loved my stay here, I wish I could've stayed longer. I was in a mixed dorm of 6 with private bathroom. The room was very bright and rather spacious, with plenty of space to put your bags and hang your stuff. Everything was very clean and modern. The staff was adorable. There isn't much going on socially but I didn't mind as it allowed me to have a quite place to relax. The hostel is in a very beautiful green street, it takes 5-10min by foot to reach the center but it's worth it.

Great hostel for a couple of days. No atmosphere in terms of socialising but we didn’t mind that as it was a relaxing spot. Super clean, staff super helpful. Only downside is it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to any good restaurants.

Loved our stay here. Staff were great & it was super clean & everything was in walking distance. It was chilled vibes and had all the facilities you’d need and more. Really great hostel, would definitely recommend.

+Great hostel in a good location in Coron. Dorms and bathrooms were kept very clean and there are nice sofas to relax on the middle of the hostel. Staff are all lovely:) - Dorm rooms are very small, there was minimal space outside the beds.
