+ Nothing, because that place is not a hotel as they claim to be.
- The location, environment, and everything – it was all really bad. I would never recommend that place for anyone. Drug smokers everywhere.

- The smell, the jail like feeling, the very very tiny room, the bed smelled dirty but blankets looked clean. A singular cheap pillow.

- This place wore the most unpleasant stay in my life. Everything is so old and dirty, reminds me soviet union. Not acceptable even they charge less than everyone tells. This place should be renovated as soon as possible. The shits are dirty and old, furniture same… horrible. Hopefully I forgot about this experience as soon as possible.
+ I booked 3 nights but left after 5 minutes — they offered to change my room, but that wouldn’t fix the overall cleaning problem, and the property refused to refund anything except the taxes.
- I found little cockroaches in the sink and stains on the sheets and bed cover. The room was dirty and disgusting. I had to leave and book another hotel last minute because I couldn’t stay there. Absolutely unacceptable.

- Everything! I was booked for 4 nights. I left after 1. The area is very bad. The hotel entrance is hidden and behind a metal grill. The hotel does not feel clean in any way...the showers are crumbling and there was no hot water at 8 AM. Absolutely none. Do not stay here. It feels like a homeless hostel (which it may well be.) Do not stay here! I found a great hotel at around the same price just off Union Sq. This place does not feel safe!

I liked it, the room is pretty small but I’m by myself. They clean the bathrooms and shower daily. I would definitely recommend coming back here.
As a solo traveling woman this was a nightmare. I am not super picky, but I felt so uncomfortable there and left earlier. They try to make the best (staff, cleaners), but you rub shoulders with homeless people getting in and out of there, the entire place including the rooms are smelly, there are flies in the hallways and the other “guests” did not make me feel safe either. It is a lesson learned.

Das Hotel ist gut! Wir sind Reisende mit wenig ansprüchen und genau das haben wir im Hotel vorgefunden. Es war perfekt für unsere Ansprüche und wir hatten sogar ein Einzelzimmer was für Backpacking echt ein Luxus ist für den Preis. Die Betreiber sind super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Es ist zu großen teilen Sauber und auch die und angenehm dort zu übernachten. Trotz des Viertels und vor allem der Kreuzung Mission st. / 16th haben wir uns im Hotel sicher gefühlt.
The hotel is good! we are travelers with low standards and that is exactly what we found in the hotel. it was perfect for our requirements and we even had a single room which for backpacking is really a luxury for the price. the operators are super nice and always helpful. it is mostly Sauber and also those and pleasant to stay there. despite the neighborhoods and especially the Kreuzung Mission st. / 16th we felt safe in the hotel.

+ Staff were very helpful and understanding, providing advice on nearby restaurants or attractions. Room is bare basics what you paid for. But be aware and be prepared that the neighbourhood is just really quite rough, there is no way around this.
- I think it might help to have some sort of deodorizer in the room to improve the overall experience.

- Viejo, maltratado y mal ventilado
+ Excellent central location in SF. Room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. The Mission area has a lot of unhoused folks. But everyone was civil, and even as a middle age petite woman, I felt pretty safe.
- Shared toilets was new to me. I would prefer to have one in the room. But considering the affordability of the hotel, I'd take this minor inconvenience any day.
