Shi-ro-i Poshtel

Great Hostel! Cafe and Laundry right next door. 7eleven a minute walk away. Clean place to stay with really nice staff. Would recommend staying here if in Hat Yai.

Stayed for one night on our way from Malaysia to Krabi and was exactly what we needed. Beds in the dorms are very private and nice area to eat and heat up your own food. Staff were lovely. Not much of an atmosphere but we didn’t need one as we just needed somewhere to sleep

Shiro-i-Poshtel is on a commercial street, roughly in the middle between the Bus Terminal (2,5 km) and the Train Station (2 km). I booked a mini-private room (6 sq meters) w/ 1 single bed (no bunkers) inside a bigger room w/ bath on the 1st floor (no elevator). It has lights, AC, towel, and a medium size locker. At ground level, there is a kitchen w/microwave, fridge, utensils, and 2 tables. Atmosphere: you will hardle see anyone around you. It is pretty dull

Extremely clean, private bed (walls on both sides, although room is shared), big and clean bathroom, air conditioning, shared kitchen. I spent one night before going to Koh Lipe, it was perfect and great value for money. Also I could do the laundry (super cheap 20 baht) and the lady at the reception was very helpful.

unglaublich schönes und sauberes hostel! die kleinen zimmer sind fantastisch! die atmosphäre hingegen war eher ruhig… es hat ebenfalls eine kleine küche, welche sauber ist und alles hat, was man braucht.

not a socialable place, everything else is perfect the little rooms in the dorms are lovely. staff were great

I loved the room, it was like having a mini private room. not a lot of room to put your stuff but it was cozy. the shared bathroom wasn’t great. the first floor had two hang out and eat areas, one inside and one outside. free water refill and mini kitchen. i extended my stay by an extra night bc i liked it so much.

It's a really nice hotel with lovely rooms. as a solo traveller it's hard to connect (or maybe I had bad luck). but most of the customers were locals

VERY comfortable beds. Spotless clean space. Nice showers. Not very social so it looks more like a cozy hotel than a hostel

Amazing! In the shared dorms you get your own little room which was such a nice change! Aircon was great. Everything was so clean and the staff were so lovely! Our only negative was that the mattresses are really hard so we're quite uncomfortable.
