They took from me 82 RM Cash and then second day deduct from my card 15 +74 RM, am really wondering, why they took cash from me without a receipt , I need my money back
This place is overpriced for what it offers (nothing). The staff is unfriendly and seems more focused on reminding you of penalties for mistakes or forgotten items.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Die Räume und Badezimmer sind zwar in Ordnung und sauber, alles andere lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist absolut unfreundlich und das ganze Hostel hat einen sehr uneinladenden Charakter. Wir haben uns über das Hostel Mopeds ausgeliehen. 50 RM für fünf Stunden war ein absoluter Wucher, besonders wenn man die Qualität der Moped betrachtet. Zudem wollten sie nach Rückgabe unverschämte 15 RM Pro Moped haben, da wir sie nicht komplett voll zur�...
Absolutely not recommended. The rooms and bathrooms are in order and clean, but everything else leaves much to be desired. The staff is absolutely unfriendly and the whole hostel has a very unwelcoming character. We rented mopeds from the hostel. 50 RM for five hours was an absolute Wucher, especially when you consider the quality of the moped.
rude staff, no space, at 11 they close common areas and you have to go to sleep.. not an hostel.
We hadden een 16bed slaapzaal geboekt maar de slaapzaal bestond uit veel meer bedden. Ook was de kamer heel smal en benauwd. Er was geen airco en geen een raam in de kamer dat open kon. Als je geluk had kreeg je een bed met een raampje. De locatie en badkamer zijn prima, maar zou deze hostel niet aanraden.
We had booked a 16 bed bedroom but the bedroom consisted of many more beds. Also the room was very small and cramped. There was no air conditioning and no window in the room that could be opened. If you were lucky you could get a bed with a window. The location and bathroom are great, but I would not recommend this hostel.
Tellement déçue de mon séjour que je l'ai écourté ! L'hostel est bien situé, le staff agréable sans être particulièrement à l'écoute. L'établissement est vieillissant et mal entretenu : lit sales, fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, ventilateurs plus que poussiéreux, mauvaises odeurs dans les lits (humidité) et nombreuses moisissures. Salles de bains, casiers, lits en mauvais état. Atmosphère peu conviviale...
The hostel is well located, the staff is pleasant without being particularly attentive. the establishment is aging and poorly maintained : sales lights, windows that do not close, fans more than dusty, bad smells in the beds (humidity) and many moisture. bathrooms, lockers, beds in poor condition. unfriendly atmosphere...
Der 16-Bett-Raum hat leider sehr unangenehm gerochen und das Personal konnte einem nicht wirklich bei der Planung von Aktivitäten helfen. Dafür saß das Personal im Aufenthaltsraum und hat „Plätze belegt“, sodass die Gäste weniger Sitzmöglichkeiten hatten. Der Aufenthaltsraum an sich ist sehr kahl und nicht wirklich gemütlich. Gut ist, dass man einen kleinen Ventilator in seiner Box hat, sodass es nicht zu heiß wird und man hat ein Fenster am Kopfende, sodass Licht reinscheinen kan...
The 16-Bed Room unfortunately smelled very unpleasant and the staff could not really help you with planning activities. Instead the staff sat in the living room and occupied seats so that the guests had fewer seating areas. The living room itself is very empty and not really comfortable.
I would never stay again very small place no proper privacy my dorm was very close to washroom. The washroom muslim showers all are broken no towel.

Om te beginnen hebben wij onze was bij het hostel laten doen maar kregen wij deze gekrompen en zelfs kapot terug. Daarnaast waren de douches erg vies en hebben wij tijdens ons verblijf niemand deze zien schoonmaken. Verder bleken er bedwantsen te zitten wat ons ook geen prettig gevoel gaf. Tot slot wilden wij een “full day” tour boeken en is ons via de mail verteld dat wij dit bij aankomst konden doen. Echter was dit al volgeboekt toen wij aankwamen. Overal geen goede ervaring met dit hostel...
First we had our laundry done at the hostel but we had it shrunk and even broken back. In addition the showers were very dirty and we didn't see anyone cleaning them during our stay. Furthermore, there turned out to be beds which didn't make us feel comfortable either. Finally we wanted to book a full day tour and were told by mail that we could do it on arrival. However, it was already volgeboekt when we arrived. Overall no good experience with this hostel.

L'emplacement est parfait, tout est facile d'accès. Le dortoir est bien, il y a de la place (on était seulement 6 dans un dortoir de 16 donc ça aide). Malgré ce que j'avais pu lire en commentaires, j'ai trouvé le matelas plutôt confortable (j'ai connu bien pire en Thaïlande). Les box assurent de l'intimité, mais les murs n'étaient pas vraiment propres. La salle-de-bain était propre, mais il n'y a pas de gel douche ni de shampoing offert. La serviette doit également être louée pour 5...
The location is perfect, everything is easy to access. the dorm is good, there is room (we were only 6 in a dorm of 16 so it helps). despite what I could read in the reviews, I found the mattress rather comfortable (I have known much worse in Thailand). the boxes ensure privacy, but the walls were not really clean. the bathroom was clean, but there is no shower gel or shampoo offered. the napkin must also be rented for 5 ringgits.
Most uncomfortable bed I’ve had with thin spring mattress. The 6 bed female dorm was very cramped and not even fully occupied. The hostel offers local tours and meets for hikes but not massively sociable otherwise.

Really basic but nice hostel- not very social unless you join in with the tours and excursions ( but if you do that it’s brats way to meet people!) they run a. Different hike everyday, you just sign up and get given a map and off you go!
Hostel with loads of potential. Could be a cool hiker style hangout. Instead it just has slightly cold vibes. Staff are borderline unfriendly. Cant fault the facilities
Great location near the bus terminal and makes for a good base while hiking in the Cameron Highlands. I enjoyed the hiking tour of Trail 10 and 6 organised by the hostel.
The hostel was in a good location, the large dorms were quiet and clean. I requested that some my laundry was not put in the machine to dry as it would shrink and was given a bag to separate what I did not want to go in tge machine. Before leaving I specified again but when I returned they had put the bag containing pants and T-shirts in the dryer and had left the underwear and socks wet. My extra long pants that I buy specifically from tall sections at home were all shrunk so this was upsetting
Super chill, friendly people and great dorms, location was perfect and the group hike was great :)
Das Hostel liegt fußläufig zum Busbahnhof. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dorms und Sanitäranlagen sind sehr sauber, allerdings wurde ich in der ersten Nacht von etwas gebissen und wachte mit mehreren roten Flecken auf. Das Dorm hat für 16 Personen nur 2 Sanitäranlagen (Dusche mit WC). Die Matratzen sind sehr dünn und man hört jedes Geräusch des Nachbarn. Jedes Bett hat einen kleinen Fan; meiner war allerdings recht laut. Das Hostel ist ein guter Ortzum kennenl...
The hostel is within walking distance to the Busbahnhof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Dorms and sanitary facilities are very clean, however I was bitten by something the first night and woke up with several red spots. The Hostel has only 2 sanitary facilities (Douche with WC) for 16 people. The Mattresses are very thin and you can hear every noise of the neighbors. Each Bed has a small Fan; my warnings are quite loud. Das Hostel ist ein guter Ortzum zu kennenlernen
Hostel had nice location and services. I booked a tour through them. I likes the atmosphere and the facilities are basic. I was in female dorm and we had private shower and bathroom in our room (good and bad thing).
Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm. Wir wurden aufgrund von Überbuchung geupgradet. Leider war der Wäscheservice nicht gut, wir haben relativ viel bezahlt und halb nasse Wäsche ungefaltet zurück bekommen. Toilettenspülung undicht und Bad hat etwas unangenehm gerochen.
The stay was overall pleasant. we were upgraded due to overbooking. unfortunately the laundry service was not good, we paid relatively a lot and got half wet laundry back unfolded. toilet washing was undicht and bad hat smelled a little unpleasant.
Die Dorms waren ok, allerdings waren die Matratzen extrem dünn, weshalb ich nicht schlafen konnte. Es gibt zudem nur eine Stoffdecke, die denke ich nicht gewaschen wird. Nach dem duschen sind die Bäder unter Wasser, weil es keine Abtrennung gibt.
The dorms were ok, except the mattresses were extremely thin, so I couldn't sleep. there is also only one cloth covering, which I don't think is washed. after the shower the bathrooms are under water, because there is no separation.
Kinda expensive for the tiny space you get. Not really social and one bathroom between 2 rooms wasn’t enough.
is is a cute hostel with potential, as i experienced the vibe not really social or warm, but other co workers were really nice :) thanks to them. i wanted to book a tour with them but there were to little interests, si they gave me a recommendation, which was really not worth it and in the emd we were 3 from the same hostel and it would have been enough for the tour from the hostel, but there was no linking in between...kind hard beds but good location, quite clean.
Nice place to stay for traveling and hiking, stayed for a few days. Beds are thin but the rest of the facilities make up for it! Theres a lot of beds but it didnt feel crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hostel to use as a base to explore the Cameron Highlands for a couple of days with easy access to hikes and reception making it easy to book tours. Not much of a social atmosphere but the tours made it easy to meet people, and the hostel is really close to some great restaurants. Super comfy beds and clean bathrooms.
The hostel was really clean, shower water was hot and there were good facilities for food and drink etc. The dorms were spacious and not too hot despite no AC however the beds were so uncomfortable. If you have any back issues then you may struggle. I felt a little misled by the day trip (I don’t think it was intentional) they said others had signed up. Unfortunately it was an external tour and nobody else from the hostel had signed up, just elderly German couples.

Not very social but a good place to crash and explore the highlands. Beds are comfy and bathrooms big in the large mixed dorm
