So much potential, but somehow weird.. LOTS of really FAT COCKROACHES, even in the first room I stayed in. I usually don’t mind them too much, but those were the fattest I’ve seen in Mexico and I had 4 living ones in my room and 3 dead under my bed. They also crawl around the common area.... This made me feel very uncomfortable.. I told the staff but they weren’t so bothered by it. In general they only clean obvious places. Under the bed and in corners etc... it’s dirty. The kitch...
They cram you into one room with other people even when the hostel is mostly empty and i got eaten up by mosquitos. Otherwise okay with clean bathrooms and showers. Nice kitchen and friendly staff
probably the worst hostel i’ve ever stayed at
I think this place has a lot of potential but I had a pretty strange experience. I made my booking at about 2pm and arrived at 9pm at the same time as another guy. We knocked on the door several times and nobody answered. An employee finally arrived over an hour later. -Weird system for door overall as you don't get a key and need someone to come unlock door to come or go. -Breakfast not provided as promised the night before. -One plug in a room of 5 people -Roof has a lot of potentia...
Very well located, few blocks from the center! nevertheless there are a lot of negative aspect, kitchen is pretty dirty with a lot of fruits mosquitoes around and in the fridge, no garbage in the kitchen too. Shower are very bad, but at least hot. To get in and out you have to ask, and is pretty annoying.. they should provide you a key or a code to enter. They also say breakfast is 8-10, but is never ready before 9/9.20 and could be a problem if you planned something according to that
Insgesamt in Ordnung.
Super close to the cathedral. very dead, hardly people (a few nights alone in the dorm), therefore no atmosphere. the staff you have to look for, if you want something, but ok. das Aufbewahren von Gepäck costest 100 pesos pro Tag. overall in Ordnung.
The bathroom was dirty and wiggly, the personal is okay, I would only recommend it if you really want to go to Morelia and you don't want to travel alone.
tidy and clean hostel with nice stuff and great location
The staff is very friendly and attentive. at night you can even hear people talking in the hallway, but otherwise it is very quiet. the location is very good
The space is located in a central location, the staff that works on site is super helpful, the physical floor plan has things to improve

Good hostel, well located and comfortable despite poorly accessible wifi and a very small shower.
The location is great, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast included is very nice.
The staff at the blue house is the best, they are super attentive and friendly. the only thing that could be improved would be the bathrooms, the locks and the light. from there on everything is fine!

A quiet establishment where I felt at peace !! after the beehive of Mexico City!! friendly travelers, just like the hostel managers, clean and pleasant spaces (the bathroom !!!) a functional kitchen !! only negative note, the lack of internet in the rooms, due undoubtedly to the thickness of the walls, as well as the lack of space to do sports, although there is a very beautiful park 15min walking. a perfect hostel or almost !!!

Cute little hostel. There weren’t many people in the hostel when I was there so not sure if it is typically a social destination but I had a good time regardless! Breakfast was yummy and they brought it to you on the terrace if you wanted which was a beautiful start to the day. My showers weren’t my favourite, and you needed to ask them to turn the hot water on, but regardless it was a good spot for a couple of days!
A very good hostel located centrally. Rooms are large with large lockers. Beds are fairly comfortable. The shower has hot water which is great as it gets a bit chilly in winter. Hostel was very empty when I was there (not peak season) and therefore very quiet. It was good to chill out for a couple of nights. Staff were super nice, friendly and approachable. Overall a good place to stay. No complaints.
Nice breakfast, everything was clean, maybe more showers with hot water would be better. Domingo is super 👍
Hostel very quiet. the common area is nice and easy for meetings. terrace with a beautiful view.

It looks nice male shared if there is hot water also complimentary breakfast it looks very quiet if there is cheaper beer.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Willing to help and guide you around Morelia. It was very quiet when I was there but after a hectic stay in CDMX it was more than welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and very friendly staff, would definitely return.
Overall a decent hostel. It's located pretty well and has all the basics needed. Cleanliness was okay. I was the only guest there, so it was lacking a bit in atmosphere. Lockers aren't really safe (are open to the back) and staff needs to let you in and out, every time you come/leave. If staying in Morelia it's a good option, but don't expect an incredible hostel experience.

It is a very excellent male compartment quiet without noise it is a very nice breakfast.
It's the first time I use a hostel in Mexico and I really liked this place. The location is super good: central. It has a great view on the terrace and in 5 or less you are in the cathedral. The dormitories are fine, I like that they are not beds, maybe an extra blanket would be fine in the cold season. The bathrooms are also fine, only when bathing it cost me regular work the hot and cold water, but nothing serious. They also have a 24-hour reception and the girl who serves is very friendly.
Authentic Mexican hostel; no gringo volunteers; cool local guys working at the hostel; bit chilly at night, you can ask for an extra blanket though, no extra charge; super close to everything; recommended!
