+ Terrible accommodation. They mislead you by saying you’re renting a room, but when you get there, you find more than eight people sleeping in the same room — complete strangers. The name Booking uses for the hotel is not the same as the one on the front of the building. I realized I had been scammed and lost $40. I requested a refund, but it was never processed. They never told me it was a shared room with random people from all over the world. I felt robbed. That was my experience with this awful hotel.

- TUTTO ; la notte il servizio clienti e pessimo; una ragazza dormiva nel mio letto e non avevo alcuna soluzione visto che non c’è reception di notte. Il giorno dopo eravamo in 7 in una camera da 6; e io sfortunatamente sono tornata in albergo per ultima ; non c’è un ascensore; e le camere sono piccole per 6 persone manca spazio per i bagagli e le proprie cose e aria

- I got lied on because someone was in my bed I was not informed until the last minute about the bed changes now I'm no longer allowed to room with hostel

- There is no breathing space to put 6-beds into a small dorm room. In such a way, this hostel makes ~$200.00-300.00 from each dorm room which is a very profitable business strategy for them but it is against the state law and public health. Female dorms are located on a very dark peripheral part of the complex where you have to walk at least 300ft. They do not give sheets other than naked/uncovered comforters where everyone uses/contaminates. The beds are very uncomfortable. The electric extension cord with 6 outlets improperly attached to the metal bunk beds which is a code violation for electricity shots and sudden deaths. There is no kitchen in this hostel. There is a very dirty, stingy microwave oven and a mini-refrigerator in the room. Everything is dirty: bathroom, sink, bathtub, mini carpet on the floor... Roaches and bed-bugs are around. They bit me and I ended in the ER. There is a door electronic key pad which alarms every in-and-out of 6 people place--There is no way to sleep and rest despite using ear-plugs. They use dynamic pricing to change the nightly rates based on the demands; and if you have a tight budget, you can be shocked with ballooned prices. They offered me 40% off to stay in the other cities. When I used this offer for another city, they did not keep their promises to give me a discount, and Diego from Bposhtels Orlando Mall location cancelled my reservation without any cause. I reached out to their headquarters but they ignored me. Unfortunately there are no other hostels in this area and this hostel takes advantage of it. DO NOT STAY there. Do a favour to yourself to pay a little bit more to stay in a decent place.

+ Estava fechado quando cheguei para o check-in, Cheguei aos Estados Unidos, fui direto para lá e consegui chegar 23h20 Mandei muitas mensagens avisando que estava no aeroporto, que estava a caminho e fui solenemente ignorada. FIQUEI NA PORTA, NA RUA. E ATÉ HOJE NÃO TIVE RETORNO DAS MENSAGENS.

- Não querem hóspedes ? Absurda a total falta de respostas às mensagens. Pensa em você depois de tantas horas de voo, chegar e "dar com a cara na porta", ficar na rua as 11 da noite!!!

- Once I booked this room, it didn’t indicate that I would be staying with someone I didn’t know. Booking.com also didn’t specify that this was a hostel. I felt betrayed and ended up leaving without receiving a refund.

+ Location and Affordability

- uncomfortable beds - sharing one bathroom with 5 women - small storage shelf does not accommodate luggage of any size (recommend traveling with suitcase/backpack with personal lock)

+ Location was pretty decent, closeby by gift shops and restaurants.

- Beds, they were un-comfortable and amenities were not given as mentioned! Snores of others makes it difficult to sleep!

- Toilets are too small, there's so many leakages. it Looks like a rundown facility felt slightly unsafe. Bed is uncomfortable as well. Can't tell about staff because I never encountered any. Reception is up to certain times only.

- I believe 3 bunk beds in one room is way too congested .... I felt sandwiched in... The AC was not working well.... The temperature in Florida fell to below 40 degrees.... did not have heat in the room .... Because AC was needed to provide clean air because of overcrowding.... limited space to walk... My assigned bed was slept in .... unmade....with someones Personal items on the pillow.... I did not have a clean towel... I was also molested in the room by another female several times. And verbally harassed by another.... when I asked her to cut it out..... she complained that I yelled at her and lied that I locked her out the room.
