+ I didn’t stay I left the property I made booking and I run away I got elderly women with me disable and he give me third floor room as I booked my room same day staying also there is insects in the reception so I have to leave the place .

- Oda da ısınmanız için klima ısıtıcı herhangi bir şey yok.Tuvaletlerde taharet musluğu yok okey sabun da yok eğer soğuktan donmak tir tir titremek istemiyorsanız gitmeyin.Ayrıca valizlerimizi kaç kat yukarı çıkardık asla ilgilenen biri yoktu.

- Eu fiz uma solicitação de check-in mais cedo e aceitaram, e me informaram que eu não precisaria pagar uma taxa extra. Quando eu cheguei de madrugada e cansada, falaram que não poderiam fazer o check in antes e que eu teria que pagar uma pernoite. Sendo que haviam me enviado um e-mail afirmando que eu poderia fazer o check in naquele determinado horário que eu solicitei.

- I was disappointed with my stay in this hotel. I did check out in same day at 6pm. I promised the hotel supervisor Mr. Rashid not to write my complaint here in booking review as he did the investigation and sent me a feedback later time. I couldn't rest or sleep for just 1 hour after immdeate check in because of the loudly noises and voices at the corridor. I was so tired in that day I only stayed here for 2 hours from around 12:30 to 2:15pm went out to search other hotel nearby

+ Very friendly and helpful staff - the redeeming feature of this hotel Breakfast is okay Location is great
- Booked airport pickup, did not come Irregular hot water, everything in the bathroom is very old and dirty looking Toilet seat was broken so had to be manually placed on the unit Shower cubicle was miniscule (you keep accidentally changing temp/turning the water off when you turn around), and the showerhead is mounted at chest level Right opposite my room was a music bar where they played until 2am... 5 metres from my bed No AC, but it wasn't unmanageable, and you get a good fan No room cleaning in all 3 days I was there Shutters on one of the windows was missing, so couldn't get privacy without losing breeze No lift (not an issue for those travelling light and without mobility problems though)

Kind staff, nice rooms, nice rooftop. There were a few roaches in the bathroom, the shower oscillates between scalding hot and freezing cold, and the walls are very thin.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was so fun having to walk thru the souk to get there is so fun, even at night it was never unsafe. Cars are a bit difficult to get to, but walking and scooter/motorcycle is easy. Short walking distance to train and tram station. Tons of places to eat nearby with a supermarket about 1 mile away. The room was clean and cozy and I enjoyed the balcony. I truly have no complaints.
Das Hotel ist eines der günstigsten in Casablanca, daran sollte man seine Ansprüche anpassen. Die teils sehr schlechten Bewertungen hatten uns vorher Angst gemacht, das Hotel ist aber vollkommen solide. Wenn man Hostels gewöhnt ist, erlebt man hier Luxus. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein aber für das Preisniveau ist alles in Ordnung. Die Lage empfinde ich als gut, am Rande der Medina, nahe dem Hafen. Wenn man Marokko nicht kennt, mag es einem als unsichere Umgebung erscheinen, das ist aber nic...

- Tisztaság, ágynemű gyűrödt nem tisztának tünt. Fürdő sem volt eléggé tiszta.

+ La ubicación es muy buena, a 5min andando de la estación de tren y muy bien situado en el acceso a la medina. El desayuno es fantástico y la cama muy cómoda , y lo mejor el maravilloso personal que allí trabaja. Un sitio para repetir.

+ The location was excellent and the historic building beautiful. The staff was great and very accommodating. The free breakfast was good.
- It could use some upkeep as our balcony door had trouble being closed. And as a result it was chilly in the room. There was no hot water.
