+ La ubicación

- Las instalaciones se ven muy viejas y parece hotel de paso, la cama vieja todos los resortes se sentían, la habitación olía a caño.

+ I unfortunately don't recommend this hotel. We arrived and the cleaning hadn't been done in the bathroom: hairs were around the counters and wc. The furniture was old, unclean and in no state to be in a room. The joints around the shower had not been taken care of apparently for years (see pictures featured), during the night, odors from the bathroom and the whole plumbing system were very annoying. Aside this, there were a lot of noises ( from a pressure pump?) Within the premises. It is also quite far from the center. At least the team was nice, when in the morning we announced the problem they were sorry and proposed a coupon for a discount to come back, however we did not have either the time or wish to come back.

+ La verdad nada, está horrible las camas duras, feas, viejas y todo sucio.

- Todo está mal, el estacionamiento sucio, jamas agarro el internet, la TV no prendía, la habitación sucia olía mal, todo mal.

- Olía a sudor las sabanas y almohadas, el baño estaba lleno de pelos, las galletas estaban llenas de hormigas, peor que un motel de carretera

- cancelaron la reservación sin notificarme, sigo esperando el reembolso. pésima atención para resolver su incidente.

+ Mala atención servicios no funcionan

+ El hotel es bonito y el personal es amable.

- La habitación había sido ocupada por algún fumador. No hubo manera de que el olor se fuera totalmente durante toda nuestra estancia. Fue muy desagradable.

+ No aplica porque solo estuvimos una noche

- Que tenga tantas escalas para subir a las habitaciones y no se advierta porque personas con problemas de movilidad se ven afectadas y lo peor es que uno se da cuenta cuando llega y ya se complica la cancelación porque cobran multa y es dificil encontrar hospedaje sobre tiempo

- que le pusieran agua al shampoo

- No había agua caliente y sabanas parecía algo sucias. Igualmente la regadera tiraba agua por todos lados.

+ Que tiene área de cofi Es un lugar seguro para los autos

+ Muy limpio sobretodo y excelente trato del personal

- Que faltará un agua de cortesía

- Agua caliente solo disponible en la mañana

+ Muy buena atención del personal, habitaciones cómodas y limpias

- Puede mejorar la recepción de WiFi, pero en general cumple

+ La decoración, la atención y las instalaciones en general están muy bien.

- Podrían pensar en ofrecer botanas o alimentos sencillos para evitar salir.

+ Es la segunda ocasión en la que nos hospedamos y la pasamos excelente.

+ You park under your room. Nicely decorated. Plants galore ❤️. Staff and owner went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

+ Beautiful environment and staff! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

- Se le sale el agua abajo de la regadera…moja todo el piso del baño, cuarto #6
