Don Andre

Despite booking a room with Don Andre, there was no room available for us during the day of our check-in. With no explanation, we were taken to ANOTHER hostel on the same street and were not able to say here. I do not know if this is a common practice, but it was my first time experiencing such a thing.

**Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place** Our experience here was dreadful from start to finish. Extremely difficult to find, with only a small A4 paper sign above the door. After finally arriving, we were told there were no rooms available, despite booking through Hostelworld and paying a deposit. The staff didn’t even bother to apologize. Overall, a poorly run operation and a complete tourist trap. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Aprovechadores , me quisieron cobrar por demás del monto que mencionaba, y cuando haces un reclamo te dicen que si deseas puedes cancelarlo, personal deficiente !!...

just go somewhere else. Not worth it. Seriously horrendous value for money. Discovered cheaper better places later. Should've done my homework I guess.

They give us other room, charge US More cause they did not accept USDs and gave US pretty hight rate ok the exchange

Hostel miteux et bruyant, hygiène douteuse et mauvais accueil. Le prix est bien trop élevé par rapport aux services de l’établissement. À fuir.

Sinceramente una vergüenza! Nunca nos había pasado que al llegar al hostal (habiendo reservado) nos dijeran que no les quedaban camas. Como solución, nos mueven a otro hostal del mismo dueño sin agua caliente, sin desayuno, sin cocina y sucio.

The place was nice enough. We checked in late, around 11:30pm and had an early start of 5am as the host was aware. At around 1am there was SO much noise - doors slamming, several people talking, it was like the walls were made of paper. We couldn’t sleep for hours. I sent the host a text to ask him to do something and nothing was done to my knowledge as it wasn’t read until morning. After bringing up the next morning he explained it was due to a school excursion arriving to stay the night. ...

Localisation difficile à trouver. Au premier pas, odeur de moisie. On nous installe dans une chambre au lieu d’un dortoir. Le prix sera plus élevé que prévu sans négociation. Cuisine non fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner sommaire. Colocataires bruyants.

Al llegar al hostal nos dijeron que habia un problema con la habitacion y que nos trasladaban a otro, justo en frente de este mismo. Estaba sucio, ruidoso,olia a humedad y la habitacion no se podia ventilar porque no tenia ventana. En la recepcion nunca habia nadie y la puerta quedaba abierta por la noche, lo mismo ocurre con el servicio de guarda equipajes cuando subes a machu picchu, tu mochila se queda a la vista en esa misma recepcion con las puertas abiertas y nadie para vigilarla. Horrible

The hostel owner was very kind and facilitated us very well!

The host David was amazing and made us feel very safe. He accommodated us and made sure we were in rooms with our friends. Lovely breakfast, very clean and overall great stay!

Bardzo dobry hostel, za bardzo dobrą cenę w porównaniu do innych w agua calientes Cicho, jest kuchnia można gotować. Gospodarz bardzo serdeczny i pomocny.

me and my friend were only there for a short time to buy the tickets to machu picchu and go, so we didn’t expect much. But it is a really nice hostel for it’s price! really nice staff and breakfast as well

シャワーのお湯でました。朝6時のマチュピチュに伝えると朝ご飯を事前に持たせてくださいました。タオル、石鹸付きです。

El dueño es muy atento y amable. Una estadía muy agradable para un buen precio. Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad.

Un hostal muy cómodo y bien ubicado, el personal fue muy atento en todo momento y las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y la cocina tenía todo lo necesario, el desayuno también increíble. ¡¡Agradecemos su hospitalidad!!

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, länger würde ich nicht bleiben. Die Zimmer haben kein Fenster mit Tageslicht und das Bad war etwas dreckig. Die Frau vom Empfang war sehr nett und hat mir ein kleines Lunchpakete für meine Machu Picchu Tour vorbereitet

We had a fantastic stay. Perfect location. Staff, especially David, were absolutely amazing. Would recommend.

Le lit était confortable, leua chaude et l'emplacement pratique. Mais la chambre donnait sur la réception et l'escalier menant aux étages via une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas. petit déjeuner vraiment pas ouf (un fruit et un bout de pain, pas de boisson ni rien).

El habitacion no tiene ventanas.

Les murs sont très fins : je n'ai pas pu beaucoup dormir parce que j'avais l'impression d'être dans le couloir dès que quelqu'un passait, pareil pour les escaliers ou encore la cuisine... La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres.

Buen lugar, desayuno sencillo y si sales temprano te preparan un snack. La atencion de maravilla muy tranquilo el lugar y me apoyaron mucho que viaje durante la situacion de las manifestaciones en aguas calientes y todo el proceso fue muy bueno.
