People Hostel & Coworking

+ The only good thing about this hostel is the location.

- 1. The staff cant communicate very much in English, they collect the money and show you the kitchen and your room. Upon check out, I found out that there was a female only shower. 2. It felt more like a boarding house for locale Kyrgz and other russian speaking nationalities. 3. They dont inforce the rules regarding quite time etc. They just sit on their phone. 3. The absolut worst and most disqusting part is that the room I booked (Room 1, Block A) is in the communal bathroom area with only the door to the room inbetween. Legally you as a hostel, should provide that information, that the room is not in a very quite location. I have not slept more than 3 hours each night, due to people slamming the toilet/shower doors,( they arent good doors), people emptying their bellies, people showering at 01AM and then uses the hairdryer for full speed, people who speaks loudly at 02am in russian and every time some washes their hands, using the sinks you will hear it so loud in your room, as you can tell by now, its very poorly isolated. Had I had more than two nights, I would have cancelled the rest and found somewhere better and for same price. If you decid to stay, dont book twim room 1, Block A.

- Co-working and main areas smell like a cheap canteen. Not a working environment. Room with beds is dark. Booked 4 bed women room and they said men live there and changed my room.

- Treppen sehr klein und unterschiedliche Höhe, Toilette und Bad getrennt mit den Schlafzimmern dazwischen (bin Nachts erstmal in ein fremdes Zimmer gerannt weil ich die Zimmer verwechselt habe). Zimmer klein und nicht so komfortabel wie das andere People Hostel.

+ Location was good. The concept of co-living is cool I presume. I'm sure the coworking space is great, haven't used the space myself. Cheap I guess.

- Sadly my least favourite stay during my 3 weeks in Kyrgystan. - Didn't find it the cleanest, there were just a lot of ppl using the restroom and facilities. I stayed in the 4ppl dorm, still find it an issue. I think housekeeping only done once a day? - My bed had distorted shapes (middle part where most weight lands), also didnt find it the most comfortable bed, time to change beds. - Biggest complaint would be laundry facilities. The hostel told us OK to do laundry, charged us, but only 2 washers and 1 dryer available for all. And guests had to work around housekeeping schedules. I would rather be told to take laundry elsewhere initially than being charged and have to wait for housekeeping to finish. Schedule was basically messed on the day. Nowhere to hang clothes after wash too, since all racks were taken by bedsheets and pillowcases. Dryer also always being used. Had to hang in the room and bother dorm mates unfortunately. Just yea, I think the reviews are quite misleading. I'd go for a family owned place next time.

+ Я недавно останавливался в People Hostel & Coworking и хочу оставить подробный отзыв, потому что впечатления остались исключительно положительные. В первую очередь хочется отметить удивительную чистоту в хостеле — помещения ухоженные, аккуратные, уборка проводится регулярно, и это чувствуется сразу, как только заходишь внутрь. Везде приятный, свежий запах, что создаёт очень комфортную атмосферу для отдыха и работы. Номера и общие зоны продуманы до мелочей: удобные кровати, достаточно пространства для личных вещей, хорошие места для работы. Очень порадовала комфортная и спокойная обстановка — можно и отдохнуть, и продуктивно поработать, если нужно. Отдельно хочу сказать огромное спасибо персоналу. Ребята просто невероятно отзывчивые и доброжелательные. Помогали буквально во всём, отвечали на вопросы, подсказывали и делали всё, чтобы пребывание было максимально комфортным. Чувствуется, что здесь действительно заботятся о гостях. В целом, People Hostel & Coworking оставил у меня только самые тёплые впечатления. Это отличное место с высокими стандартами сервиса. Однозначно рекомендую всем, кто ценит уют, чистоту и внимательное отношение.

+ Удобное расположение, по близости находятся много ресторанов, супермаркетов и красивых мест, где можно погулять. Видно, что чистоте уделяли особое внимание и уборка проводилась очень тщательно. Сотрудники очень вежливые, дружелюбные и отзывчивые. Помогали с каждым вопросом. Удобный и просторный коворкинг. Большая кухня со всем необходимым и бесплатный кофе как приятный бонус. Недорогая прачечная.

+ I totally recommend this hostel! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail. It really feels like visiting friends — you’re welcomed with kindness and a smile, and they’re always ready to help with anything. The other guests were super sweet too. I’ll definitely come back again!
