Space Home Apartment – Central Station

Disappointing and bad value for money. We were a couple staying in two separate capsules. Upon arrival at 3:30pm I noticed that there was a table missing from my capsule and the lights weren't working properly. I tried to ring the hosts who said they are available during check-in hours but they didn't answer the phone. I had to sleep with the lights on in my capsule. Even though I booked two capsules together, we were placed in two capsules the furthest away from each other. Showers were clean.

Bed was so uncomfortable was like sleeping on a plastic block, everything inside the capsule was falling apart or broken, very inconvenient location. Shower doors were not lockable so felt very unsafe. Had to go stay somewhere else as was so bad. Staff were nice enough to refund one night but still didnt make up for the bad experience i wouldn't recommend it.

The pods are not lockable. There is a door lock button on the inside but due to poor design, you can open it from the outside. You also can’t lock the pods when you head out for the day. The lockers are also not large enough for a standard suitcase so it isn’t suitable for a lot of travellers. The positives were the bathrooms which were clean and well equipped. Staff also refunded me as we decided to move accommodation - it didn’t feel safe for solo female travellers to sleep without a loc...

I never was able to even stay here. My card expired between original booking and final payment (I normally pay upfront, this was not an option with this booking) I had only 2 emails a day before, and a couple of hours before check-in. The codes given to transfer money are not compatible with my bank and they expect all payments by credit card, I do not have a credit card. No one there at the property, no number to call, emailed twice with no reply. Stayed somewhere else that was cheaper & better

Property was very clean and the location was great. I would recommend anyone planning on staying here to wear earplugs during the night as the capsule doors can be quite noisy when they are being shut.

Only two toilets for everyone in the hostel, this wasn’t an issue as the hostel wasn’t full but i could definitely see it being one, the privacy was nice but i think as it was pods some people thought they could be louder than normal in a hostel in the middle of the night so i did not sleep well as people were bashing around, apart from that it was good

The capsules were really cool inside however not sound proof so it was like sharing a room with 9 other people sound wise. Privacy was great though. Again capsules really cool and probs worth one night for the experience but the showers were gross because the shower curtains were about 5 inches too long so they were always soaked with old shower water. Location not terrible but not best. Not social but probs worth one night if you are really curious. I wouldnt stay there again.

A pesar de que te encuentras en una cápsula, se escucha absolutamente todo (ronquidos, conversaciones, movimientos etc), el televisor no servía y por más que lo comunicamos, no hicieron absolutamente nada, muchas personas para un solo baño. Por el precio que cobran no vale la pena. No me gustó la experiencia

Limpieza de la cápsula muy justa. Cama muy dura. Sitio un poco oscuro

Overall a nice hostel. Feels very safe. Location is okay but a bit far out from centre by foot. Bed sheets were a bit grubby. Towels are very small and are hand towels. Towel was not changed one day so had to shower the next day in a wet towel. My pod did not come with headphones as stated either

Il mio soggiorno tutto sommato è stato piacevole: il complesso è in ottima posizione, la struttura (e le capsule) era pulita e le persone tranquille. Il prezzo era forse un po' troppo alto se si considera che le capsule non sono isolate dai rumori e dalle luci. Inoltre aprirle e chiuderle fa un gran casino, per cui è difficile non svegliarsi se lo fa chi ti sta sopra/sotto.

I will definitely stay here again if I visit. It was very much worth the price. Bathrooms were really clean, and there was a nice vanity with books by my capsule that I used to get ready in the mornings. The main complaint I have is the doer didn’t lock very securely once you got inside tue capsule. There was a button that was meant to lock it but it would undo and redo itself at times during the evening. I would have felt more unsafe if the facility wasn’t locked down as well.

I enjoyed my stay at the hostel. I was a little worried as I was going in winter and wasn’t sure how warm the pod would be, but it was the perfect temperature. However if you’re a light sleeper (like me), be warned that all sounds carry into the pod. Security is good - you can lock the pods, there’s a safe in them as well as lockers in the communal area. Great price if sharing between two! The pods are more spacious than expected and have everything that you need. It’s self check in and out but the cleaning staff are in every day so the place was spotless. Unique experience and would really recommend. Our location was close to the metro but not the sights, so easy enough to get around!

I had an OK stay in the pods. The pods do have everything you need including a table and a TV but one of the table legs was broken on mine. The property is mostly clean however there is a lot of crumbs and dirt down the side of the pods by the doors and the women’s toilet seat was cracked. Pods are not soundproof and one morning I was awoken to a staff member shouting at some tenants for breaking something - this was at like 8AM.

A unique experience staying in the pod. The only issue was everything seemed to be a lot louder when you’re in the pod and if people are in the one above you you can sometimes see the ceiling stretch a bit when you’re in the bottom one

This was a really good stay. The only complaint I had was the mattresses were very thin so it was like sleeping on a board.

Un poco lejos del centro y de las estaciones. No hay atención personal pero responden muy rápido los mails. Todo muy organizado, limpio y prolijo.

I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Wien and another night later while changing trains. Brilliant location near the main station and walking distance to the sights. The concept is a bit strange but the sleeping pods are spacious, clean and secure, and the bathrooms and toilets are great. I would have liked staff on site to ask questions of, and the chance to make or buy a hot drink - but I would still recommend it

Really cosy. It has not the best localization in terms of city center but it is close to train station which is nice. Capsules itself are really nice and futuristic. Bathrooms were really good.

Safe, secure and clean

Nice little place to stay for a few days, only a ten minute walk from the main train station so in a convenient location. Had all the basic necessities and was cleaned regularly. Only "issue" was the noise of people coming in and out as the pods weren't soundproof but I slept through most of it, although I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper.
