+ Location is convenient
- The hostel is old and run down. The power points in my room didn't work and there was cold water showers .
+ Los colchones de la cama y la ubicacion estaban bien
- No te daban manta, la sabanas y las toallas no te la cambiaban por mas que hayas pagado por el servicio. Habia cucarachas en todas las intalaciones. No contaba con enchufes universales. Muchos del personal eran muy groseros y poco calidos. No tenia clima de fiesta. El desayuno poco variado y no reponian. Contaba con una sola heladera muy pequeña y te robaban las cosas. Pocos cubiertos y utensilios de cocina. Poca seguridad. ( ingresaba cualquier persona sin autorización) Poco aseramiento de actividades en la isla.

- Tenham cuidado que custam cobrar a mais dos hospedes. Na chegada realizei a mudança conforme combinado, porém na saída foi me cobrado um valor MUITO SUPERIOR tive que pagar sem contestar.
+ Nada, poco. La habitación regular pero muy pocas medidas de seguridad.
- Usaron mi tarjeta sin consultar para cancelar el pago de mi estadía cuando en booking decía cancelación en el lugar y yo dije que no se usará mi tarjeta. Nadie me consulto y se usaron los datos de mi tarjeta dejados solamente para reserva, no para cancelación del pago. Y cuando me queje me dijeron que debía hablar con booking, el problema no era de ellos sino de booking. Voy a hacer la denuncia correspondiente en atención al cliente de booking, no puede ser que algunos mal utilicen el interesante servicio que brinda booking. En la mañana fui 15m antes a tomar el desayuno y el café que tome antes del inicio de la hora del desayuno me lo querían cobrar a parte. Por supuesto que no pagué nada.

+ Funcionários gentis, café da manhã delicioso e banheiros super limpos.
- A cama beliche é extremamente desconfortável. Não tem cortinas e quando os outros hospedes entram no quarto tarde da noite, você é acordado. Para subir no beliche é super perigoso e dá impressão que vai cair, o que aconteceu comigo, inclusive. Não há espaço suficiente pra relaxar no hostel, dada a quantidade de hospedes.

- Beware they sell u "catamaran direct transportation" to Salvador with some WhatsApp # for R$144 riales, but it is scam. They have no catamaran and send u some lame msg claiming they may need to do "semi terrestrial" route if weather conditions "bad". Bus is crammed with no bathroom and 5x the price of regular omnibus from Valenca. Even with perfect weather conditions and no wind u will never see a catamaran and every other of the 30 tourists crammed onto the tiny bus for 2 hours feels as stupid as u when we realized we have been scammed together by the same person at Biotur

- The staff are very rude. Particurly the angry guy from Argentina, that told me I'm not special. Not necessary or kind. Have never been spoken to so rudely, and I think he forgets that guests pay his wage. Charged me extra for breakfast when it is all inclusive on booking. com...I also had paid $100 for the room . Very expensive room prices, for this old run-down hostel. My friends were very unimpressed with the shared room, considering the price. So many olaces to stay on Morro de Sao Paulo. Keep searching! Hostel is very noisy, even at midnight.
Fiz uma reserva porém minha data é em novembro. Tento contato com a hos´pedagem, porém sem sucesso.

Fuyez cet hostel et de manière général cette chaine, personnel très froid, pas accueillant qui n’est pas là pour vous aider, multitudes de restrictions ect.. Utilisation d’un système de carte magnétique pour ouvrir la porte, qui marche….. une fois sur deux. Je me suis retrouvée coincé dehors une bonne partie de la nuit car je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la porte de ma chambre et personne n’est là pour vous aider; à partir de 00h il n’y a plus personne et aucun numéro à appeler e...
Use a magnetic card system to open the door, which works..... once in two. I found myself stuck outside a good part of the night because I couldn't open the door of my room and no one is there to help you; from 00h there is no one else and no number to call in case of emergency.

Het hostel is goed genoeg. Leuk personeel. Basis maar alles in orde. Geen ontbijt! Wel een uitgebreide keuken.

Ótima localização, staff gentil e atencioso. Eu melhoraria os banheiros porque a descarga é muito fraca e só tem um por quarto e apenas um banheiro externo pro hostel inteiro, e colocaria cortinas nas camas. De resto, gostei bastante mesmo sendo baixa temporada
I would upgrade the bathrooms because the discharge is very weak and there is only one per room and only one external bathroom per entire hostel, and I would put curtains on the beds.

+ Limpo, organizado e os funcionários são bem educados e atenciosos
J'ai passé un super séjour. L'emplacement est central dans la ville donc très pratique (à quelques minutes à pied du port, de la plage et des différents points d'intérêt), le staff était super friendly, le petit-déjeuner complet, les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, seul bémol la connexion wifi un peu bancale mais sinon je recommande !
The location is central to the city so very convenient (a few minutes walk from the port, the beach and various points of interest), the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was complete, the rooms are cleaned daily, only bémol the wifi connection a bit bumpy but otherwise I recommend !
+ Geweldige locatie, goed ontvangst en prima kamer. Verder was er ook een gezellige sfeer. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

- O banheiro não está em boas condições, cama barulhenta e não forrada (o hóspede que tem que ser virar e forrar sua própria cama).

- atendimento horrível e péssimo; atendente do dia super ignorante e arrogante na hora do checkin ao check out presencial, com palavreado em tom sarcastico, e esnobe, sem modos coerentes para um atendente, se justificando que estava muito atarefado, e para sustentar o seu estilo de vida no morro de sao paulo precisava trabalhar muito. As regras internas e políticas do hostel nao foram seguidas, quando precisei solcitar meia diaria o mesmo atendente nao deu preferência para quem estava na diária;, com a alegação que no momento nao estavam trabalhando com a meia diária; infelizmente nao bati foto da placa de informações dentro do quarto. quando mandei mensagem para o número administrativo da pousada tambem nao me responderam, precisei sair da praia para o hostel para falar com o atendente mal educado. o atendente da noite foi maravilhoso em seu atendimento. Nao recomendo o hostel aos meus amigos e família
+ Good breakfast, location was good, the stuff super helpful and relaxed.
- The air conditioner didn't work at the place where pingpong table was so it was really hot to play or stayed in that room. Apart from that place is excellent, and just the fact that they have a pingpong table is awesome :).
