Autumn Living Capsule

Honestly the worst hostel I’ve stayed in whilst travelling for 4 months… Firstly it is mouldy and damp the wall in our dorm was bulging out and had brown liquid seeping out. All of my belongings smelt like mouldy damp after my stay. There was lots of mosquitoes and ants on the beds, the bathrooms had no toilet paper and the shower pressure was nonexistent was like a dribble. Stay away from this hostel! The dorms are nothing more than a narrow corridor lined with 30 beds, with zero ventilation and obvious mold spreading across the ceilings and walls. The moment you step inside, you’re hit with a heavy, sickening smell of damp that hangs in the air throughout the whole building. The bathrooms and showers are just as bad, the stench is so strong it makes you feel nauseous. Frankly, I find it hard to believe the positive reviews are genuine, because they are complet...

The property description is misleading - The mixed room is advertised as 1 bed in a 2 bed dorm, but in reality it is one half of a double bed in a room of a total of 32 double beds! Whilst this is a cheap place to stay, I have stayed in 4 bed hostels in Java for the same price so overall isn’t good value for money. Please change your property description so that other travellers can make the right decision for them. Staff who work the front desk are very friend and helpful!

Avoid at all costs! The moment we stepped inside this hostel, we walked straight back out. There is a disgusting, overpowering smell of damp and mold throughout the entire building. The stench in the bathrooms and showers is absolutely nauseating, it literally hits you in the face and makes you want to gag. The dorm is nothing more than an endless corridor crammed with 32 beds, with no air circulation whatsoever, and visible mold stains on the ceiling and walls.

The place was clean and the beds we're nice. But even though it says on the App they offer Airport Transfer, they dont. I wrote them the day before, got a text back what i thought comfirmed it. Still noone came. When i called they told me, to get a Taxi. Also no toilet paper, even when we asked.

First of all I’m a big fan of capsules in generell. Unfortunately there were a few problems at this hostel. - Did not get a fresh bedsheet. There was still trash in the corner of the capsule wich would have been noticed while changing the sheet - The mattress was so saggy that you were lying in a real hollow. - AC was way too cold without the opportunity to change it. Fortunately a had brought a sleeping bag with me. But even that was not really sufficient. No toilett paper at all

The capsules were big enough for me to sleep comfortably with my backpack inside. I'm 153cm. The shower rooms were clean. Don't expect a social atmosphere as it is mainly a dormitory for locals. The kitchen is only accessible if you pay more. The downstairs facility is a full time laundry so that's a benefit. The staff is very nice and is very patient when I get back late. Stayed for one night

Toilette Katastrophe ansonsten stabil

The staff is great and very helpful. In front of the hostel there is a laundry service, which is great, but the place is not clean. The linen was stained, and there were hair in my bed. The side table that you can fold out was filled with garbage. The room had a funky smell and in general it smelled everywhere. There is no toilet paper, so I ended up buying some myself.

This is an amazing hostel! I stayed here for over a week. It's cheap and has nice pod style beds. The reason I loved it so much is because of the staff, they were all so friendly all the time and so helpful They also gave me great suggestions for things to do in Surabaya and also helped me learn indonesia. I will tell anyone who is traveling through Surabaya to stay here I hope I can come back soon. I wish they had a guitar a friend had one for one night and it was so nice playing and sing...

Short stay but very comfortable beds. Clean showers and dorms

an amazing stay with locals from everywhere, the staff are so helpful and friendly, with many facilities and moshalla, the beds are super comfy. if they can just be a bit strict abt slippers and shows inside the room, foreigners and backpackers are not respecting the house rules, even the hostel provide a free locked box for shoes outside the rooms, they keep putting them inside, so the night it smells a bit, otherwise the place is worth it to visit again 😉

Location was not issue as could get Gojek everywhere easily. Complimentary tea and coffee, water refills and there is a kitchen you can use. Shared toilets never had toilet paper available. When I requested to extend, I was informed I would have to move to an upper bunk as apparently the lower bunks are a 'premium upgrade' with a higher rate, despite them being unoccupied for the duration of my stay. Staff were helpful in providing recommendations for Bromo/Ijen tour.

I stayed here for 4 nights. When i checked in they gave me a discount for staying for nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave me recommendations for what to see in Subaraya. The beds are big a comfy, good privacy, warm showers and good lockers for bags. The location is a little out the way but grab rides are so cheap it does not matter. The is laundry on site and a Indomaret 2 mins walk. The hostel is excellent value for money.

echt heel basic, doorliggend matras, weinig druk op de douche en geen wc papier. Borg betalen voor sleutel.
