The night I arrived I ask to extend my reservation and they forgot and took out my stuff from the room before I arrived and let my personal things at the street. When I arrived at night 3:30am the recepcionist trying to call the boss to check which room give me (while they had a few free ones). In the same street you find similar ones not publish in apps for less price and better service.
