Zostel Coorg (Madikeri)

They have closing time to sit outside around 1/2 pm (maybe because its inside the forest for our safety), location wise it far away from madikeri city and if you have a car it will be great, bike you have to be midndul of the rains

This zostel is just average. things I observed and liked/disliked abt the property is as below: The staff was very helpful is every manner, like arranging city tours & cab facility in & out of zostel. Rest my main concern for which I gave it a 3 stars is the cleanliness and food in cafeteria. firstly the dorms are not cleaned everyday, at least bathrooms should be cleaned everyday. secondly the food in cafeteria is 3x normal prices and the quality is below average for the heafty price we are pay

Worth Visiting.

Amazing vibe. Extremely beautiful property and friendly staff. Probably the most beautiful property I’ve seen so far. Although a little far from town if you don’t have your own vehicle and the affiliated auto service overcharges.

Overall the stay was good. But the location was very hard for each. The road to this Zostel is broken very severely. My friends and I went in a car, the stones and the uneven road hit the car's bumper and something broke. Our car got petrol leakage due to the bad road condition.
