- The amenities were greatly misrepresented. The front desk clerk looked and acted like he was a relapsed meth addict, with his volatile mood swings and foul, abusive language. The whole experience was like paying to visit a homeless shelter.

+ The outside recreation area.

- It would have been better without the thugs that took over the music room. They didn't want nobody else but their friends in there I didn't tell the owner I just left.

+ Der Innenhof ist nett gestaltet mit Licht, Musik und einem Wasserfall.

- Gemeinsachaftsbad auf der die Toilette verstopft war und mit Erbrochenem gefüllt war, in der Nacht musste jemand die Badezimmertür eintreten um Zutritt zu einem Mitreisenden zu erhalten. Zufluchtsort für Drogenabhängige.

- There was a party going on and we couldn’t sleep until 4am. The guests were weird too. We didn’t dare getting out of our room. We woke up with our body full of insect bites so itchy that ruined our day. I will never get in a place like that in my life.

- It was extremely noisy, i felt very unsafe and the water to shower was cold.

- Eine Freundin und ich (beide 21 Jahre alt) haben das Hostel für eine Nacht zur Durchreise gebucht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr unwohl gefühlt (in dieser Gegend, mit den Personen die Zugang zu dem Hostel hatten, das Hostel, Personal…). Unser Zimmer war sehr abgeranzt, hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch und das Hostel selber war sehr verwinkelt. Wir haben uns innerhalb von wenigen Minuten nach einer neuen Unterkunft umgeschaut und sind dort nicht geblieben. Können es somit (V.a. für Frauen / Mädels) nicht weiterempfehlen.

+ Die Lage war verhältnismäßig verkehrsgünstig

- Alles war sehr schmutzig. Wir waren 3 Nächte da, ohne jeden Service. Alles fiel auseinander (Steckdosen, Lichtschalter) außer dem Bett gab es nur ein Nachtschränkchen. Lautstärke Klimaanlage unerträglich. GemeinschaftsToilette - Dusche unfunktional, ũberall Schimmel, vor allem am (teilweise heruntergerissenen) Duschvorhang.

+ La ubicación y atención a pesar de hablaba muy poco español nos la arreglamos bastante bien

- Fue un pequeño error, Me quedé 2 días y después del primero me sacaron la sábanas, la almohada y la toalla, pero me lo solucionaron y me dieron otra cama con todo lo necesario....

+ Friendly staff, great value, quiet private room, back patio was peaceful with nice waterfalls, friendly backyard cats and dog too!

- The back area was under construction, but the plans they have are exciting and it sounds like it will be an even cooler place to stay. Meanwhile, the construction noise didn't disturb my stay.

- No bathroom, long waits for it So so room

+ Personnel tres sympatique, bon emplacement pour les everglades. Bon rapport qualité prix

- Un peu vestuste, store cassé, fenetre mal isolée, l air passe, meriterai un coup de renovation.

- No lounge, exterior completely under construction, poor Wi-Fi, and establishment in poor condition.

+ Chris at the front desk is awesome with the handling of the customers and the property

- So far all has been excellent l, no complaints
