Chillax Old Town Villa

- Very bad experience staying,l need a single quilt,but the hotel said they didn't have any extra quilts. The lady at the counter wasn't positive. Will not stay in this hotel next time.

+ God beliggenhed og sødt personale.

- Der lugtede meget fugtigt på værelset og der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. Samt en hylder der var ved at falde ned. Derudover så startede receptionisten med at fortælle os at vi altså betalte meget mere for vores ophold end de andre gæster fordi vi ikke havde booket direkte gennem dem og havde valgt booking.com. Det var ret demotiverende. Morgenmaden var virkelig ringe på nær at man kunne få friske spejlæg. Der var et meget lille udvalg som var af ringe kvalitet.

- The room had some insects when we arrived. Also, privacy is minimal, there is only a glass separating the toilet from the bed which makes it uncomfortable. You can't lock the room, staff accidentally opened the door while we were in bed even though we thought we had locked it. Breakfast was average at best, no many options to choose from. Overall, we were highly disappointed, given we had chosen a 4 start hotel, this is more like a 2 to 3 star hotel.

+ Buona posizione a 5 minuti dal centro, il personale molto gentile e attento, colazione basica, l’unica variante erano le uova che le facevano come volevi e molto buone

- La camera è piccolissima e molto datata, senza armadio con solo una panchetta per i bagagli, abbiamo portato dentro due sedie dal balcone per appoggiare le nostre cose però non ci giravamo più, la sala colazione si trova nella hall, quella che viene chiamata piscina è solo una vasca grande sempre posizionata nella hall, sul bordo al massimo ci stanno due sdraio piccole, non hanno mai avuto gli accappatoi mentre su Booking c’è scritto di sì, bagno piccolissimo. Non so come faccia ad avere 4 stelle!!!!

+ Location is fantastic for experiencing the night markets lots of eating options and right near the river with all its beautiful lanterns. Rooms were great. We booked tours everyday with the fantastic staff and everything was organised for us. Would stay there again.

+ Room was spacious and on the top floor Bathroom and shower are great Staff also great: they explained us what to do in Hoi An and eventually we booked a day excursion to Cham islands

+ The hotel location and staff hospitality is beyond our expectation. The check in process is smooth and location very easy to find. It is less than 3 minutes walk we can find the old town crowd. Room is quite from the bar noisy sound so we can sleep well during the nights. The hotel provided tickets for Hoi an Memory show which is worth to see. We also rent bicycle from hotel cost 50.000 VND for whole day to explore Hoi an to rice field and beach area.

+ Super Lage es ist nicht laut aber man ist gleich im Geschehen

- Man muss bar zahlen was ich umständlich finde und zwar hört man von aussen nichts aber zumindest im ersten Stock hört man sogar den Nacht Security in der Halle pfeiffen und jeden Teller welcher zum Frühstück vorbereitet wird also es ist hellhörig war für uns kein Problem da wir Ohrstöpsel dabei hatten aber für Personen welche das stört wäre es nicht gut

+ Location is great, close to the night market but far away enough for peace and quiet. Staff were incredibly helpful in arranging taxis (for cheaper than Grab!) to various attractions. Breakfast was nice, with eggs made to order.

+ 1.早餐好吃，服務也很好。 2.房間寬敞舒服，房價相對便宜，性價比高。 3.走到會安古城只需要5分鐘，很方便。

- 1.我們訂了5間房，其中有一間的棉被有發霉，但反應後有馬上更換。 2.蚊子多。雖然有陽台，但不適合久待，門也不適合開太久，蚊子會飛進房間。
