Bed bugs galore don’t stay.

Bed bugs serious infestation. The owner agreed to give me a refund then never sent the refund. Somehow he got my last review removed. Stay away. Doesn’t care about people staying.

Bed bugs!! Stayed in the 8 person dorm room in the bunk by the window and woke up covered in bites. Apparently bug beds have been an issue in this room before and the owners still fail to address the problem. Was not provided with any compensation.

Bedbugs in the beds and on the walls.. Mould on the ceiling in the bedrooms. It is a shame, because everything else was OK. We checked out as soon as we saw the bedbugs.. refund was not possible.

My friend and I were disappointed with the following, particularly due to the price point 1.Rooms had no air-conditioning or fans and the windows did not open properly so it was incredibly hot and stuffy over night and difficult to sleep. 2. There was a bed bug incident in another room during our stay. It was not clear how it was resolved, other than moving an affected guest (whose items were possibly invested) into our room without our knowledge. 3. Some of the staff were unapproachable.

Bed bugs found it multiple rooms during our stay, we found them after staying 1 of a total of 3 nights booked. The management seemed understanding, and promised a refund to everyone in the impacted rooms. We have now waited 2 months with still no refund. There is no social vibe at this hostel. They have a place under construction that is supposed to be a hangout area but right now there are only a few tables by the kitchen. The rooms are damp with no proper ventilation and some of the windows do not open p

Had a lovely stay. Staff gave great tips and were helpful about things to do. Well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms and social atmosphere. However, we have since realised that we had bed bugs. Also confirmed by another backpacker we met. We are covered in bites. What we thought was mould under the mattress (downstairs room 2), which we turned a blind eye to, is probably bed bug poo. We tried to contact the property so we didn’t have to publish this on our review because the rest of our stay was great, but couldn’t find any contact details.

Bed bugs! Serious infestation, me and my friend both got dozens of bites. We were in the four bed room next to the showers. Otherwise it was fine, typical hostel. I liked to QR codes for the sites that are posted everywhere. Bring your own lock for the lockers. Parking was off site and tricky to get to.

A warning to anyone that plans to stay here. Our twin room had a bed bug infestation. We attempted to contact the hostel regarding this via phone and email but received no response from them, despite multiple emails and phone calls. We have just spent an entire day in Munich washing our clothes and bags which cost us over 30 euro. On top of this, the hostel is very unclean, the kitchen, showers and bathroom are all dirty, even for a hostel, and this hostel was quite expensive to book. Our room was also incredibly small. Any other hostel will be worth extra money.
