Hotel Med Taganga

- No me quedé porque el hotel puede verse muy lindo.. pero llegar es muy feo.. es adentrarse a un pueblo que no tiene buenas carreteras y que si vas por primera vez.. pues obviamente prima la seguridad.. así que decidimos devolvernos por dicho motivo.

- No pude llegar porque la información para su ubicación no es clara, cuando llame al hotel para que me dieran indicaciones no respondieron ya que no contaba con servicio de internet, por lo cual tuve que regresar al centro histórico y buscar otro hotel.

+ We didn’t stay but the pool looked okay.

- When we arrived the room was covered in feces (looked like rat or similar). We first signaled it and the man of the house told us it was nothing, that they had the hotel fumigated and that it was old. We told him it meant the room was not cleaned so he agreed to clean it fast (though he came in with just a broom and no products). A few minutes later he came to get us and give us the room. After a quick look around, I noticed that the bathroom was also covered in feces, and that he didn’t take the time to clean it properly. We were also seating on the mattress and within minutes we started to itch. I took away the sheets and immediately noticed a bug crawling on the bed. We took off and canceled our booking immediately. At least nothing was charged so we didn’t have to fight. We had to find another place at night.

- Die Lage ist furchtbar. total ab vom Schuss. Um das Hotel herum sind keine befestigten Strassen, es gibt jede Menge Müll und vernachlässigte Tiere auf den Strassen und in den Häusern. Die Zimmer sind klein und nicht wirklich sauber, die Wände fleckig. Die Fotos auf booking sind trügerisch, vielleicht war Photoshop am Werk. alles wirkt nahe am Verfall. Die Zimmer gehen zum Hof mit Pool, wo Musik gespielt wird, d.h. wirklich Ruhe hat man auch nicht. Wir sind zeitnah wieder abgereist.

- Location was terrible, bathroom drain didn't have p-trap and that causes the the bad odor gasses from.the septic tank to return back to the bathroom. Not a good experience.

- Die Lage, weit vom Strand und schwer zu erreichen. Der Zustand der Zimmer. Insgesamt war es nicht sauber. Es scheint, es mangelt an der Leitung und Ausbildung des Personals.

+ Me gustaron las habitaciones y el área de la piscina, pues es cómodo y muy agradable a la vista. Además la atención del personal fue buena y el desayuno estaba muy rico. Muy atentos a la hora de servirlo a pesar de que demoro un poco.

- No me gusto que hubo otras personas alojadas en el hotel que decidieron poner musica hasta las 4 de la mañana y utilizar la piscina hasta esa hora, cuando en el hotel nos habían informado que la piscina era hasta las 10 y aunque los vieron a ellos bañándose no les dijeron nada, sin embargo mi pareja y yo dejamos de utilizarla en ese horario por respetar las normas del hotel. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche y sino llamamos al personal que labora en el hotel nunca hacen un llamado de atención a estas personas. A eso debemos sumarle que el hotel esta super lejos de Taganga y la vía en pésimo estado, pero ya son factores ajenos al hotel.

- La cocina era muy sucia. Yo estuve en lo hotel por 2 días. Todo lo tiempo havia un plato con muchas moscas. Lo Desayuno tampoco era bueno. Muy simples para un hotel y hay me dejado desgotada por conta de las moscas en lo ambiente.

+ The staff were great. The common areas are beautiful with a nice pool.

- The room I booked was not what we were offered, which was considerable smaller and had lizzard excretment in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. We were changed to a larger room with the proper amount of beds. The new room was still very dirty and in poor repair. The repairs look like they were diy done, holes in the wall allowed insects in and there was a significant ant infestation in our room. I woke up with so many infect bites. The showerhead was clogged with so much limescale that only thin jets of water sprayed from a few of the holes. The bathroom floor had hair and grime around the perimeter of the floor. The bedsheets were clean and floors had been mopped but there was a thick layer of dust over everything else, windows were dirty, dead insect carcases everywhere. The patio doors are left open allday so birds, lizzards, insect come and go as they please and the house is hot and humid always. Breakfast was included which was a n importsnt feature for me, but there were no options only egg, bread and arepo with coffee and juice. The house/compound is in the middle of a hard to access, poverty stricken village. The beach is tough to get to.

- Aunque ya se sabía desde la reserva, el acceso al alojamiento es complejo para quienes evitan el esfuerzo. Creo que podrían pensar un poco sobre cómo oscurecer más las habitaciones para que en las noches no entre toda la luz de las zonas comunes

+ Sus instalaciones especialmente la piscina y los baños de la habitación muy amplios Posdata fue casa de james Rodríguez

- La carretera trocha pero se puede transitar

+ The staff were so friendly and helpful, and willing to accept my earlier check in request. The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, had AC and the shower was large too. It is very peaceful so you will get a good night’s sleep. The pool area was also very clean and relaxing.

- Ondanks belofte dat er een vroeg ontbijt zou zijn i.v.m. duikschema, gingen we 2 van de 3 ochtenden met lege maag de.deur uit.

+ El servicio y la limpieza excelentes, la piscina está bonita y le hacen mantenimiento a diario. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, sería bueno que ofrecieran también té o aromática. Si buscas tranquilidad, ese lugar es en correcto, son solo 15 minutos caminando a la playa por camino de piedra.

+ Este foarte frumoasa proprietatea. Totul a fost facut cum trebuie. Ai acces la bucataria cu de toate. 3 frigidere, cuptor, gratar, etc. Living comun foarte frumos. Piscina frumoasa. Exista sauna si baie turceasca - nu le-am folosit. Foarte sigur locul.

- Nu se repara ce se strica. Si se strica multe. Incepe sa se adune. Para la dus nu era. Curatenia nu este foare bine facuta. Drumul pana acolo este foarte denivelat, daca ai masina joasa este o problema.

- La subida es complicada pues es trocha, la habitación tenía un leve olor a pintura. Dejaban la recepción sola mucho tiempo.
