This stay was very good, in a good neighborhood where you can find anything you need, relatively close to central bus station and the cableway to Tianmenshan. Personel is very helpful and polite. Also they change towels everyday. They also have laundry and drier machine
It was seriously one of the BEST PLACES I'VE EVER BEEN even though my stay was short. The place is gorgeous, very inspiring, and the staff sure walk an extra mile when it comes to making sure guests are set at ease. I loved it and I recommend it strongly!

The property was very nice and cozy, the food was good, and hostel owners were very warm and welcoming. They have a translator that works great for communicating. Perfect place to stay for a trip to Zhangjiajie!

Absolutely amazing place for foreigners, The staff are super helpful, Despite not speaking a lot of English they have an automatic translator that works a charm, the will help you plan your visit to the national parc and the mountain. Highly recommend !

Had a great 4 night stay. The staff were very attentive and helped plan each day for me at the various National Parks. Ask for a back room though as I had a front room which was extremely noisy with construction work outside going until after 1/2am!! Patrick was amazing and loves helping the tourists. Excellent base for exploring the City and Tianmen mountain, however it is a long way from Avatar mountains -1-1.5 hrs with public transport. If this is solely your destination,then stay in Whulian
Very cozy place, a bus stop directly in front of the house to sightseeing spots or the railway station. The staff is beyond helpful with buying tickets and explaining how to get to e.g. the National Forest Park etc. And a special shoutout to Patrick, he is just so kind and answered all my questions! Hope to be back soon!
The hospitality is just great and they are kind. Since l don't know much Chinese, l use WeChat to translate our conversation. Food is easily available within 100metres. Self service laundry is available FOC too. Public bus is just downstairs and Didi (Uber/Grab equivalent) is readily available.

A cute and cozy wee place. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond helping me organise things. The room was also beautifully decorated and very clean. Would absolutely recommend.
