Unclean and packed environment

The only good thing is the location. Crazy dirty lockers, beds with very dirty as well. Out of 5 people that work there 1 is kind. One night the policy came for a crazy guest, they have no control on how they allow people to get into the Hostel. Never coming back and no one should ever go there

the property charged me for the room before I arrived knowing im from Florida. i live next to GA but because im a residence of Florida they would not rent a room to me. i also never received a refund. i stayed here before i moved to Florida and it was good. i thought i would stay again for 1 night and i was turned away i give only 1 star

STAY HERE ONLY AS LAST RESORT! Hostelworld gives this location a 10 star rating across the board. It is far from a ten star experience. By far my worst hostel visit ever in the USA. Light arrangements in the dorm are horrible, the locations of the bathroom make it so loud, some guests are rude and talk well past midnight, lockers under beds are metal and are loud just to open, kitchen is barely a kitchen at all (no stove) and having a jet dry machine to dry your hands is absurd. 2/10 stars

Horrible! They have bedbugs and when I asked them they said they where another bug, but now I have also bedbugs at home. Worst experience in a Hostel in my life, it should be closed due to pest infestation and neglect.

Absolute worst hostel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The staff was incredibly unfriendly en unhelpful, blaming everyone but themselves. The beds were disgusting, filled with sand and god knows what else. The showers were disgusting too and can’t be locked. There were no hooks, so you had to leave your clothes on the filthy floor in front of the shower. All the rules dictated by management make you feel you’re in a gulag with the KGB watching you. I’d only recommend this place to people i tru...

Shame . Be ready to pay money and be treated badly here . Management will tell you every day that you are going to be evicted for the smallest thing here . Absolute losers .

The pool is the best part of this hostel but everything else is pretty bad the sleeping area is terrible there is no curtains people use towels or blankets to build there own. You don’t have control of the lights they turn them on early morning and late at night so it’s hard to nap during the day. Shared washrooms no privacy really, stalls are right beside eachother. It’s Miami so people do party and come in around 3-4am so you will be woken up.

Lights out was not enforced. People start talking 5 o’clock in the morning. The doors didn’t work when I got there. The sheet covering the mattress very difficult to get on the bed.

Tutto bene, anche se sono stata nella camerona mista. Non c'era più posto nella camera femminile. Solo che alcuni ospiti parlavano alto fino le 2 o 3 di notte con la TV altissima, e alcuni lasciavano cucina e pentole sporche . Ritornero' nella camera feminile

I’m here every year it’s my third visit .. location is great … stafff is nice and helpful

Given the price I’d say it is okay. Restrooms, showers and sinks were dirty and lackluster. Shower cabins lacked locks, toilets smelled. Hardly any privacy, which wasn’t too big of a deal for me personally. Just something to keep in mind. Entertainment room looked decent. They had a big tv, decently sized kitchen (didn’t use it so not sure about utensils etc.). Main selling point is the prime location I’d say.

I spent a beautiful time at this hostel , the staff was extremely friendly and so the people that I met there , I was able to connect with all of them and exchange precious informations about the area , the pool is not so big but I loved it and generally speaking I had my best time in this hostel , and I highly recommend it . I will sure be back soon .

It’s not what I expected at all. There were cops coming in and out and the people there were sketchy. Wouldn’t go back but the staff were awesome!!! Miami is too nice to stay at a hostel

- Cramped bathrooms - Smelly toilets especially in the morning - Storage below the beds not high enough for my suitcases - NO CHARGING OUTLETS BESIDE THE BEDS! Or did I miss it? - No locks in shower cubicles

I give it 5 start because you can’t beat the price/location here are some helpful tips. Try to get bottom bunk Get a plastic thin disposable party table cloth/tape put it up for privacy Bring little fan. Very stuffy Bring a little hanging lantern The stairs to pool are very slope-glass tile as I slipped and went flying down the stairs. Las chicas que atienden son unas mal educadas, el único al que podes preguntar algo es el chico de la noche que es súper educado y buena persona. No volvería nunca más a este lugar. Es un lugar donde no se puede dejar las maletas y todo lo que preguntas no te saben responder

Voyage entre 4 jeunes femmes. Hostel extrêmement bien situé! Employés incroyables et qui nous font sentir en sécurité. La piscine vaux le détour !
