Propre dans l’ensemble, la cuisine mériterait un coup de propre et de rangement. Nous étions en chambre privée et nous nous sommes aperçus de bouton de punaise de lit lorsque nous sommes partis. Faites attention

It was a little loud (our room was near the bar). We got bed bugs BUT the staff dealt with it really well so can’t fault them there, it happens!

Located all the way at the end of a construction zone. There were bed bugs in the bed. So many... Even the sheets were filled with them. If the sheets were recently changed, how could they have so many of these pests? Dead and crawling ones. At night they crawl and bite, on the sheets and curtains, all over the floor as you can see in the pictures. Overall I think they try too hard to be 'Mexican' in a way where it is no longer authentic. Too commercialized, inpersonalized and 'fake'. Their saving grace and adding them one star, they moved me to a different room. But there are better hostels elsewhere in Mérida

Terrible experience at this hostel. They put me in a room with a bed bug infestation and they did not clean the room after I left. They lied and said I stayed two weeks and blamed me for the situation. I’ve been around the globe for years; never had this experience. This place is disgusting. The owner is money hungry and the cleaners don’t know how to fix the situation. Worst stay of my life.

Bed bug infestation that ended up in a $200 USD doctor bill for my reaction to it. Stayed for a week and they only offered 5% off. I am wearing long sleeves. I was bit in my eyes and it’s swollen. Now I have to throw away my things. Very unhelpful to the situation.

bed bug infestation - had to get rid of my stuff. eyes swollen. had to pay a $200 USD at the doctor for my reaction to this. the hostel offered 5% off and I stayed for almost a week and refused to see the severity. my entire body is inflamed and having an allergic reaction. I regret staying here
